🥀"I Dont Love You!"🥀(Hajime×Nagito)

Inspired by a KageHina Comic I saw OwO

"Hajime.I like you."

Nagito says bluntly.
Hajime was...shocked.

The two were standing behind the school right after their club activites.
It was a place they would normally go to hangout.Since it was late evening,the school was practically dead,so no one was there to see them.

Nagito had a serious look on his face while Hajime's eyes were wide with shock.
There was a suffocating silence between them.

"W-What?"

Hajime mutters in confusion.
Nagito takes a deep breath.

"I like you Hajime.I have for a long time."

Nagito repeats.
Hajime stares at Nagito for awhile,waiting for him to say it was joke.But it wasnt.

"Nagito..."

Hajime averts his cause from the tall,white haired male.
Hajime knew this day was coming.

He realized Nagito would act different around him.He noticed the warm blush on Nagito's face everytime they were talking.

Hajime tried to think of his feelings for Nagito but he only say Nagito as a good friend.Nothing more.
So...he had to reject him.

Hajime frowns,he bows to Nagito as an apology.Nagito knew where this was going to go.

"Im sorry Nagito...but....I dont feel the same..."

Hajime admits.
Nagito lowers his head and smiles sadly.

"I had a feeling you would say that..."

Nagito laughs sadly,his eyes teary.
Hajime the stands straight to look at Nagito.

"Will...you be okay?"

Hajime asks.
Nagito nods.

"I'll be fine,Hajime.Its...just kind of hard to look at you right now."

Nagito sighs.
He looks away from Hajime.

"I should get going.See you tomorrow."

Nagito says quickly.
He then walks away,he was soon out of sight.
Hajime felt so guilty.This was going to bug him for awhile.

Days pass and Nagito began to act normal again,throwing Hajime off even more.
Nagito was laughing and smiling,acting like he wasnt rejected by the love of his life the other day.

Hajime was all messed up.He was so bothered by what he did.He knew he hurt Nagito.He began to fail his assignments,he lacked sleep,he was off his game in his club,he became clumsy....he was just all a mess because of the guilt eating at him.

Nagito noticed how much Hajime changed after that day.He was so stressed,always had bags under his eyes and he would go into dazes regularly.It...wasnt like Nagito wasnt suffering but...he couldnt watch Hajime rot away.

One day,after getting annoyed by Hajime being absentminded,after school,Nagito drags Hajime to the back of the school where this all started.
They were alone again.

"Hajime.We need to talk."

Nagito sighs,he had his arms crossed with a disappointed expression.
Hajime got nervous.

"W-What is it,Nagito?"

Hajime stutters.

"What happened to you?You seem to be loosing your grip on life after you rejected me."

Nagito frowns.

"Nothing's wrong.Im just stressed right now.I promise i'll be okay."

Hajime lies.
Nagito knew exactly why Hajime was being this way suddenly.It was all because of him.
