🌺"Missing Link."🌺(Shuichi×Kokichi)

Kokichi's PoV:

"Shuichiii~!Come on!Dont be maaaad!"

I whine.
Shuichi had his arms crossed,turning away from me.
Shuichi is my best friend.I was spending the night at his house while his parents were gone.It was afew hours after school,around 6 pm.
We were in his room,watching a movie together.

I said something not too nice about one of the characters in the movie and Shuichi got defensive.We got into an argument and we ended up like this.

I hated when Shuichi was mad at me.
It...hasnt been the same between us after something that happened at a friend's party.

We went to a party to celebrate someone's birthday.I...got abit...tipsy and confessed to Shuichi and....kissed him.I dont remember any of it but Shuichi told me it happened.

Ever since that party,there has been this tension between the both of us.Its like...we're missing something.
To tell the truth...I see Shuichi as a friend and....also more than a friend.Its confusing.Shuichi and I dont really see eye to eye as much as we use to.

"What you said was really uncalled for."

Shuichi sighs.

"Well...they were being stupid!Why give the guy the amulet then blame it on someone else!?"

I object.

"Think about it from their perspective.I would do the same."

Shuichi replies.

"Are you stupid too??"

I growl.
Shuichi goes quiet.

"Sorry.I didnt mean to say that."

I sulk.
Shuichi scrathes the back of his neck.

"Its fine.Its my fault for being stubborn."

Shuichi laughs sadly.

"Dont get all mushy!Gross!"

I shiver.
Shuichi laughs,amused.

"We should stop the movie if its gonna cause trouble between us."

Shuichi says,turning off the Tv using the remote.

"The movie was 3 stars anyway!"

I snicker.

"3.25 stars."

Shuichi corrects.
I pinch his arm.

"Stop correcting me~"

I sulk.

"Ow...sorry."

Shuichi apologizes.
The silence between us grew again as the situation became awkward.
I was starting to get use to it.Its been like this for awhile now.
I would normally get up and lie,saying I have to do something like use the bathroom.
I quickly hop off the bed and stretch.

"I-I need to go to the bathroom.Gimme a minu--"

As im walking away,Shuichi grabs my wrist,stopping me from leaving.

"Dont leave just yet."

Shuichi says,his head lowered.

"Awh~!Are you gonna miss me too much?Dont worry Shumai,its just a bathroom break~!"

I tease.
Shuichi doesnt respond,he just slightly tightens his hold on me.

"Shumai?"

I question,my wrist starting to hurt alittle.
Shuichi then flinches and quickly releases my wrist,his face red.
