🌺"Valentine's Day Confession!"🌺(Kid!Shuichi×Kid!Kokichi)

Shuichi's PoV:

"Guys...I-I really need your h-help."

I mumble,tugging at the bottom of my bright cyan,long sleeve kindergarten uniform shirt.

My friends,Kaede,Kaito and Maki look up at me,since they were sitting on the grass on the school field.

"Whats wrong?"

Kaede queries,becoming worried.
I didnt know how to say it.My heart was beating out of my chest and I could barely breathe.

"Valentine's day...is c-coming up and...I--"

"You want to ask someone out,dont you??"

Kaito correctly assumes.
I felt my throat tighten as my face burns a bright and heavy red.

"Who's the girl?"

Maki asks.

"N-No.Its not a girl..."

I was so embarrassed.

"Ha!I knew it!Shu likes boys!Pay up,Kaito!"

Kaede cackles proudly.
Kaito defeatly reaches into his dark blue short uniform pants pocket and pulls out a watermelon flavoured lollipop.He hands it to Kaede and she puts it in her skirt pocket.

"Can you g-guys listen,please??"

I was getting alittle angry at this time.
Everyone goes quiet to hear what I said.

"I-I need you guys to help me ask K-Kokichi out!!"

I yell,a blushing mess.
Theyre eyes were wide.I pull my shirt collar over my nose,trying to hide my face,extremely ashamed about what I just screamed.

"You mean Kokichi Oma?That jerk?"

Maki rolls her eyes,a pout forming on her face.

"H-He isnt a jerk.Kokichi's really nice...and he has a really cute face.He p-puts his hair in this cute,small p-ponytail all the time and when its not,its so curly and b-bouncy.He reminds me of a p-puppy.I really like him..."

I swoon.
As you could tell,I really liked him.

"Well,im glad you found a love interest!"

Kaede chirps.

"Y-Yeah...so I really want to ask Kokichi to be my boyfriend on V-Valentine's Day but...I want it to be amazing...something he deserves."

I mumble,twiddling my fingers.

"Hm.Valentine's Day is in 4 days!We've got time to make a confession plan!!With flowers and stuff!!"

Kaito beams.

"Tch...as long as this is want Shuichi wants...then I'll help too..."

Maki reluctantly agrees.

"T-Thank you guys so much!Im really g-grateful!"

I was extremely happy.
Just imagining Kokichi being my boyfriend makes my heart race and luckily for me...

"Shuuummaaaaaaaaaaai!!!"

I heard someone yell a familiar nickname from farther down the field.All four of us look in the direction of the sound.

It was Kokichi,waving wildly and running up to us with two of his bestfriends following behind him,Rantaro and Miu.

"Guah!I-Its Kokichi!"

I panic.

"Great timing."

Maki sighs,my three friends standing to their feet.
