A birthday is not a birthday without your favorite people being in attendance. However...slight problem, one of Liv's favorite people happen to be miles away in Seattle. She's pretty bummed out I can tell because she can't hide her emotions for anything. So me and Teresa are making it up to her by throwing her a small get together with our closest friends and family, now excluding Zoe and Metallica, my mom and Bob, she should be fine

"I'll never understand her obsession with strawberry cake, everyone knows butter cream is the best for these" Teresa groans taking the cake out of the oven

"My go-to is chocolate or vanilla, if I'm feeling adventurous I'll try strawberry"

"She's lucky I love her to do this, but don't expect me to eat it. So what did you get her more importantly how's it with the guys being home ?"

"Slash's drinking is getting more dangerous and that's coming from me, Steven and Izzy's usage for heroin is out of my control but it's not being done in the house, Duff is thinking hard about divorcing Mandy for whatever reason I was unclear of, and Axl is becoming more of a drama queen by the minute. But I love the guys so what can I do ?"

"You can try to get them into rehab before one of them kills themselves. I'm not just saying this because I'm being myself but more because it's not gunna be great when the outcome is here and one of them ends up in the hospital"

"Maybe they'll need to see it first to believe it, I've tried and frankly I'm done trying. How's Liv taking the news Jeff can't make it ?"

"She's sad like anyone would be, but she's also looking on the bright side of this. She's gunna go spend Christmas and New Years with them"

"What ?! How that's cutting into her vacation days"

"She asked Sheri and she said okay because the office will be closed those holidays, after the Christmas theme shoot" she shrugs grabbing the icing

"Oh that's right we were closed last year, are you going with her ?"

"No I will be here because I've been recently getting close with a certain someone but I'm not mentioning any names yet still early"

"Teresa finally landed a guy look at you, well I hope this one is better" nudging her shoulder while she tries to swat me away

"Don't get excited"

"I'm not but when and where did this happen ?"

"Uh uh never kiss and tell, you'll find out soon enough. Now get to icing that cake it won't ice itself and you know it" she walks out her kitchen leaving me

"It hasn't been 15 minutes to cooling yet" shouting for her but she ignores me

10:10pm

"C'mon Bella mommy is tired and needs to go to work tomorrow"

I've been fighting with this kid all night since bath time ended, but all she wants to do is play. This is the downside of Steven being home, play all day hyped up on sugar and channeling his energy. But that's just who he is in being a dad so gotta respect it

"Night time c'mon bed let's go, lay down and I'll go get your panda" searching high and low for her stuffed animal I don't think it's in her room means I have to check outside of it

Slow dragging myself downstairs I search the living room but don't find it so I guess its in the second room maybe she stumbled in there. But it's not there either, I wonder if she did take a nap today in Steven's room. Going back up the stairs I hear her crying more and mentally prepare myself for an alternative to get her to sleep
