After the phone call and much celebratory, the guys left taking Jackie and Liv with them while I decided to stay in with Marianne and Bella. It's nothing personal just didn't feel like going out to party if that's where their head was at. Doubt it since they still have two non legal adults so no drinking at bars. It was only 2:30 in the afternoon so I had loads of time to be one with myself and Bella, I find myself curious every now and then about what Izzy wants to tell me once we get back. Said it was bad depending how I look at it, but something good is gunna come out of it. That sounds confusing as fuck to me but hope it's nothing too serious

"I have a date to get going on so you gunna be okay alone here ?" seeing Marianne dressed in the doorway

"Oh really, who and where are you going to ? Dinner, dancing, Christmas party ?"

"It's a mix of all 3, it's this guy who works in some big corporate office. His mom is a patient of mine and she set this whole thing up so who am I to tell a sweet little old lady no"

"An evil witch if you turned down her master plan, so do I have to be the mother and tell him to have you home by midnight or should I give you free will to explore what you've been missing out on?"

"I don't think that's what matters but I would like free space to get back into the feeling of what it's like to go on a date, so maybe just let me come home late in the morning possibly happy so I can do the walk of shame" she hints

"You got it, no I'll be fine here so go ahead. Probably watch Charlie Brown Christmas or whatever else the tv has for me"

"Thanks n/n, be safe I'll see you later" she waves walking back to her room to finish getting dressed

Now that I think about it really hard it's kinda lonely this year; Liv and Jeff, Stone and Jackie are somewhat spending it as friends just harboring their feelings, Andy told us today before he got here that him and Xana reconciled so that's good for him. Everyone has someone here basically and I'm here with Bella keeping us from the two people we both want to spend it with. I wish I could've got Zoe's schedule where they are because I know she's probably having a blast with Kirk. Mom is most likely on an extravagant date with Bob if he didn't prepare for a more home traditional by the fire date. "Christmas with the Santanas is the best traditional thing we used to have growing up, spiked eggnog just so our parents would let us open the presents earlier than we were told. Remember when we were 8, 9, and 11, when Carlos took us in his pick up to Vegas to see all the lights and just to leave the house"

"Yeah and my mom nearly killed him when she found out, I also remember almost flying out the back when we hit that curve passing the dam"

Lupe was the only person I knew would be available at this time since she hates going out on Christmas for two reasons; that sappy ass couples bullshit you'll see on the streets or the overjoyed people who wanna be jolly. I think really it's because she secretly wants someone but won't admit it even if it kills her

"Want me to drive over there to you and spend the rest of the night with you ?" hearing her talk as I stare at Bella watching the tv as frosty comes back to life

"Actually would you mind staying with me after New Years, don't want to be alone in a big house"

"Isn't Slash and Izzy still staying with you ?"

"Yeah so ?"

"I'll see what I can do but I have work so maybe I'll see about taking time off"

"Okay that's your way of saying I most likely won't be coming, wonder if I can stay with mom" hearing heavy knocks at the door I pause looking at the clock on the wall seeing it's still early but if it's Jackie and Liv they have a key "I have to answer the door so stay on the line and don't hang up"
