Another Day

A/N I changed the plot so the following people aren't dead: Bellatrix, Snape, Dean, and Yaxley.

Hermione's POV

The sunlight started to seep through the windows. I turned on my stomach so the sun wasn't in my face when, all of a sudden, Ginny leaped on top of me. "Oh my Merlin! You weigh a ton!" Ginny chuckled to herself. "Let's go, let's go! It's Hogsmeade tonight!" I had forgotten it was her date with Harry.

Third person (recap)

It has been a whole year since the great Battle of Hogwarts. Voldemort was gone, and the Death Eaters had given up or were hiding, far away from the ministry. Kingsly was now the Minster of Magic, and everything seemed to be in order. Hermione had gotten Head Girl, her life's dream, and Ron and Harry were happily dating Hermione and Ginny. Ron had surprisingly gotten the role of Head Boy. Everyone was a little shocked at the range of Slytherins that had returned, as they had basically stated who's side they were on by fighting for the Dark Lord, rather than defending Hogwarts. Draco Malfoy was amongst the few Slytherins to return to Hogwarts. He had lost his famous smirk, and even his piercing comments. Students said that he was embarrassed, so he didn't dare speak, even during the lessons. Hermione seemed proud that he finally shut his big mouth, Harry even threw a party to celebrate the lack of Malfoy's retorts.

Back to present time.

Ginny's POV,

Mione and I left the common room and as we turned the corner, we saw Professor Snape, looking to be in a particularly good mood. That can't be good. "Granger! Weasley, go, Granger needs to follow me to my office. Alone." He smirks as he said the last bit. Mione's face was blood red. It matched my hair. I snickered as she jogged to keep up with the bellowing cape that belonged to Snape, floating down the corridor. I saw panic flash into her eyes even from afar as she turned and started down the stairs towards the dungeons.
