She looked like she was having trouble taking in enough air. She just stared at me with he glorious eyes. I shred right back of course. I was in a trance. I couldn't move even if I wanted to. She smiled slightly, probably without even comprehending it. I had the sudden desire to relax my body and just fall into her lap and look into her crystal orbs without me having to struggle to hold up my body weight. I sighed and did just that. I turned, laid on my back, and laid my head gently in her lap. She laughed, and her legs slightly hummed. I smiled just looking up at her face. He eyes seemed to brighten when she saw me smile. I rolled my eyes, and turned away from her. She gently grabbed my face and turned me towards her once again. She then bent down and gave me an upside down kiss. She pulled away, still caressing my cheek. "Why don't you ever want me to see You smile?" I shrugged,
Trying to pull her back in for another kiss. She just looked at me. Damnit she was hard to resist. "I feel exposed I guess. Not that I'm scared of you or anything. Just...I like smirked better. They don't show as much personal feeling. More like a recognition that I heard what you said." She nodded. "That made total sense. Thanks." I nodded then pulled her back toward me and kissed her again on the lips. She smiled, and I gave in and smiled myself as well. I pulled away, and repositioned myself on her lap. "Can I braid your hair?" She asked suddenly. I laughed shortly before looking up at her, she looked humorous as well but she looked serious enough about the question. "My hair isn't-" I tried to tell he it wasn't long enough. She rolled her eyes. "Yes it is, you haven't cut it since last summer. It's shaggy and beautiful, and long enough to braid for that matter." I sighed, before laughing at how utterly ridiculous I sounded. "Yes, sure, anything for you." She stuck her tongue out before parting my hair near the top and starting to gently weave strands together. I stared at her the whole time, her eyes reflexes the colorful must that was floating around us, making them flicker and dance. Her lips turned up in the corners when she focused on separating my hair, and she would mutter to herself about it being uneven. She unraveled a few stands and began again, tightening them and pushing loose hairs out of the way. I had actually thought about wearing a ponytail around for classes sometimes, but I never thought too much of it. I noticed a bunch of muggle men wearing "man buns" which I could pull off as well. At first I didn't do it because of what the students might think, but now I just want to look the best I can for Ginny. She scoffed which brought me out of my daze. "Did you mess up love?" I asked as I studied her facial expression. "No....kinda...it's not even!" She complained before in lacing the hair and starting over on that section again. I smirked as I watched her scold herself. She was really intent on making it perfect. "Gin, you know you don't have to pretend I'm a gorgeous goo-roo or something. I don't care how it looks." She shrugged, "I want you to think it looks good though, as well as thinking superior of my braiding skills." She nodded very seriously, before cracking up. I just nodded with the same expression.

She finally finished. I smirked as she pulled as a few strands here and there. "There. Finished. Beautiful." I laughed lightly. "It probably is. I almost wish I was a girl, who could wear this down the hallway without getting weird looks." She rolled her eyes, but they suddenly grew wide with an idea. "We should play a game." She looked intently at me. I smirked, "sure, what game?" She scoffed and shoved my face to the side, lightly of course, before continuing. "Well, I don't know, how bout'....guessing things about me. Then I'll do it to you." I shrugged,
"It'll be a short game for me." I smirked as she looked confused. "Wait why?" She asked looked down at me. "Because I know everything there is to know about you." She rolled her eyes again, "you wish Malfoy." I smiled as how she said my last name. "Ok, let's get on with it then." I nodded and so she began.
"What's my favorite food?"
"Steak and fries." I said with a smile. She lightly kissed me on the lips. "Every time you get an answer right I'll kiss you." I laughed, "sounds good to me." She smiled and continued. "Favorite drink?"
"Muggle soda. Dr. Pepper." She smirked and kissed me shortly on the lips. "Favorite class?"
"Potions." She looked at me funny. "Why in the world would it be potions?!" I smirked, and pulled her in for a kiss. "Because you have me right across from you." She groaned, but kissed me back. "Favorite color?"
"Blue." She raised her eyebrows but kissed me none the less. "What about...best subject? Like what I'm best at." I had to think for a moment on that one. "D. A. D. A." She nodded approvingly. "You're pretty good at this game." I smirked and flipped my tiny braid. "I know." She laughed and went on. "What about best friend?"
"Me." I said automatically. She shoved me again. "Maybe it's not you. Stop being so self absorbed." I shrugged preparing to guess again, but she pushed my jaw upward and gave me a long kiss. I smiled slightly at her choice. "So that's why you're always getting into trouble." She nodded sarcastically. "Yeah. As a matter of fact that is!" I looked away innocently. "I want to ask you." I said after a few questions later. "Sure go ahead." She said looking competitively into my eyes. I nodded slightly, smirking, before asking the first question.
"What's my favorite book?"
"Romeo and Juliet, obviously."
I pulled her gently down towards me and barely touched her lips, studying her face before asking the next question. "What about my favorite...food?"
"Fire whiskey." She laughed quietly, only an inch away from my face. "Weasley, I hate to break it to you, but fire whiskey isn't a food." She shrugged. "It is for how often you drink it." I laughed quietly, silently agreeing and kissing her again. "What about favorite muggle movie?" She smirked, "bridge of spies." I laughed and pulled her onto my lips. "Wow, you're pretty decent at this as well." She nodded. "What about my best friend?" She thought for a while. "Hermione." I smiled. "No, she my little sister. My best friend." She raised her eyebrows at the sister comment before continuing to think. "Uh...me?" I gasped in mock shock, and did a curl up to kiss her for a bit longer than normal. She laughed as we broke apart. "I didn't think I would be your best friend. And just a few months again you would have nothing to do with granger. Now you're claiming you protect her from any harm?" I nodded slightly, moving on before the topic went into depth. "My favorite thing to do in my free time." She laughed a bit before replying. "Sneaking out and going into off limit placed to impress me, then either getting drunk or
Challenging me to a bet before the nights over. Which usually included a heated kiss or light sex." I snickered. "I was going to say Quidditch but that works too...I don't try to impress you!" She nodded faintly. "Yeah you do, or you wouldn't ever take me to these places. When me and Harry dated he didn't do anything like this. He thought just because he was the boy who lived, he could do anything and not have to try. You on the other hand feel like you have to prove everyone else wrong even though they haven't even said anything you disagree to yet." I shrugged and pulled her down yet again and kissed her cheek and up to her temple. "You look beautiful tonight, if I hadn't already mentioned it.
