Ginny's POV

I was practically running now. Why was I so excited? I didn't know. At times I could've sworn I'd heard footsteps behind me. Or a groan when I coughed. But I just shrugged it off. I mean, I was in a public hallway. After hours...

I soon arrived at the pitch. I could already see a broom circling over head, and his brilliant blonde hair flapping in the breeze. He zipped once, twice, and three times around the pitch in about ten seconds. But as soon as he saw me he slowed and started to descend. I decided to be snobby. "My god...how wonderful of you to come and greet me." I said while kneeling in the dirt. Draco just laughed. "I know. I know that's just an excuse for you to get to kneel. But we can't here, I'm sorry." I blushed but the darkness covered it up. "Nice try." I gave him a gentle playful bump with my shoulder. "ACCIO BROOMSTICK!" My Nimbus 2000 came whizzing in, then stopped abruptly by my side. "Ready to lose Malfoy?" He looked confused. "How are we supposed to play Quidditch with only two people?" I groaned. "You know, maybe for once you shouldn't fall asleep in class...whoa. I just sounded like Hermione. That's not good..." I sighed. "Anyways, I will release the two bludgers first. We don't have bats. So you better fly fast. Second, I won't release the snitch, but we'll flip a galleon to see who gets the quaffle. The person with the quaffle races to the opposing persons goal and scores. You, meanwhile are both keeper and chaser. So you have to defend your goal from me. While trying to take the quaffle. Understand?" Draco nodded. "Here...here's the chest. And a galleon. You can keep it, if you want." He handed over the chest and gently gave me the galleon. "Do you think I'm that poor?" I was still smiling but inside I was hurt. Did he really think he needed to just hand me money so I could get by? He looked really surprised. "No! No! Not at all. I just...it was a gift from my mum. You can see its silver. I was ten. Right before my eleventh birthday in fact. If you don't want it...but if you do..." I suddenly felt really bad. "I'm sorry...sorry. I just thought...that you thought. Well it's true but...I thought you thought I was so poor you just needed to randomly give money away..." He shook his head and grabbed my hand, which took me by surprise but I didn't pull away. "No...if I was going to do that then I would just owl it to your mum. I know that if I gave it to you, you'd insist on giving it back. But your family's really cool. I bet they can manage." I nodded. I felt like crying. That was so sweet...I shook my head and laughed. "All right, all right. Stop delaying the game. I know your scared but at least play." He smirked. "it's not too late to back out." I smirked too. "Why would I back out of something I already won." And with that threw the coin into the air. "Call it!" Draco looked panicked. "Uh...dragon!" Which was tails. "Okay, I take the goblin head." I said it just before it clanged to the ground. It landed on tails. I looked up from the ground. "Okay, you win, you can..." All I felt was a cool rush of air. He had already started. "CHEATER!" I yelled laughing and chased after him. You see, all he has to do is beat the other person to the snitch. I on the other hand have to dodge the whole team. Of course he didn't get far. But he was still ahead. His broom was nicer, and a little faster. Even with me lying flat on my stomach to reduce friction with the air. He started to aim. I couldn't let him score. That would be embarrassing. He was slowing down in front of the left goal. My goal. He threw his arm back. And made the mistake to look back at me. I was coming in fast. But with great skill I stopped and smashed my lips into his. He dropped the quaffle all together. I let it slip silently into my hands. I did love the way Draco kissed me. But there was no time. I flew in reverse. Making Draco almost fall off his broom. I zoomed toward his goal. Totally deserted.

Draco's POV

I was going to get her for that. I zoomed after her leaning close to the broom handle. I was gaining quickly. She knew she wasn't going to make it. So she stopped half way down the pitch and chucked the quaffle. Hard. If that quaffle had hit some imaginary person, he would be a dead imaginary person. It make a zipping sound as it flew through the air. I was beside her by now. She was clearly holding her breath. I could go after it. But it was pretty close to the goal. It might...it hit the top the fell and hit the bottom of the center hoop it the rolled away from us. Then hit the dirt beyond the goal. She cheered and clapped. I was smiling and laughing. She was that good. I pulled her onto my broom her broom immediately fell to the ground. She was smiling like an idiot. The score board changed from
