Boram throws the newspapers at the desk. The girls before her all wear the same expression kids in principal's office would wear, one that of innocence mixed with guilt.

"Don't look at me with those faces. Like you don't know what I'm talking about."

"Unnie." Tzuyu begins but quickly shrinks back to her seat when she sees the glare thrown her way.

"It's our fault, really." Dahyun is silenced with another glare.

"Have you got anything to say Nayeon-ssi?"

The girl lifts her face to look at the group for the first time. Her eyes are bloodshot, traces of a wild night showing clearly on her face.

"Look unnie. That fucking man got in my face and threatened to get me thrown out. Who did he think he was talking to? He should have watched his mouth, it wasn't my fault. How was I supposed to know he was gay?"

Boram sighs. If this girl isn't almost like her own daughter she would have thrown her out of the group long ago.

"Nayeon-ssi. Every news channel is telecasting the video of your brawl. Every headline today starts with your name and let me tell you, none of it has been positive. The trending topic on twitter is Im Nayeon is a homophobe. Do you understand what this means for you? For the group?"

The girl in question chews her lips irritatedly. She knows she has made a mistake. Alcohol has always managed to turn her into an entirely different person. In spite of knowing that, she likes getting drunk. It helps her forget all the worries and makes her feel. Something. Anything. It's much better than living like she is dead.

The transition from a child star in a television channel to a celebrated member of an international girl group in a short while hasn't been easy.

She has been kept in a bubble, a safe, protected bubble, carefully constructed and guarded by her father. Seok burst through the bubble, has taken her to a world where the constant camera flashes and questions didn't exist. He has made her feel like a person and not like a stranger to herself.

The happiness hasn't lasted long.

He has cheated on her with some blonde bimbo. Cut the last bit of hope she has been hanging on to, desperately clinging to.

"Nayeon-ssi. You can't keep doing this. I'm going to book you in for rehab."

"Make me." She kicks the chair she is perched on away from her and storms out the room.

She can't understand why they can't see that she's completely fine. Why they can't see that she just needed to be away from the never ending questions. That she needs to be left alone. Because that's the only thing she's familiar with. Being left alone.

'I'll talk to her unnie. Please. It won't happen again." Chaeyoung tries to calm down the flustered manager.

"Another meltdown and I'm booking her in." Boram says determinedly.

"It won't go that far." Jihyo promises.

"Oooh!! Check this out. Im Nayeon's homophobic slurs."

After a twelve hour long journey the first stop her friend make is to buy a gossip magazine. Mina rolls her eyes at Momo as she drags the suitcase into their hotel room.

She gasps a little when she opens the door. It is clearly a VIP suite. She holds her tongue as her anger flares.

"Girls."

"Don't Mina. Let's enjoy our holiday." Sana pleads.

That silences her. She isn't going to be the one that ruins her bestfriend's birthday.
