It's been almost five months since that painful night in Starling City. I started teaching about a month ago and I'm loving it. I am currently teaching History to middle schoolers, and I'm the substitue teacher for a lot of highschool classes.

At first the highschoolers didn't like me very much because I look like I'm the same age as them. But eventually the got used to it, I also kind of scared a few of them when they didn't. I don't go to Star labs that often anymore simply because I don't have the time with the amount of grading I have to do.

I spend most of my time at Jitters doing my work when I'm not at home or school. I've also become very close friends with Iris because I'm there all of the time. She doesn't know who I am, I changed my name back to Ginger Clancy and I also cut my hair short. It grows like a weed though so that shouldn't be a problem. Barry Allen has been in a coma for nine months now.

I'm afraid he'll never wake up.

I've spoken to Iris about it a few times. She's afraid of the same thing but she only tells me about it. I also was the one who told her to go on that first date with Eddie, they're cute together. I am currently sitting in Jitters drinking my coffee when my phone rang. I picked it up seeing that it was Father. "Hello?" I asked.

"Ginger, he woke up." He said from the other side.

"What?" I asked shocked.

"Barry Allen woke up. I expect that you'll see him at Jitters very soon." Father said, and sure enough in walked Barry Allen.

I looked at him shocked, he looked so different now that he was awake. "He's here." I told my father.

I watched happily as Iris hugged him tightly. "I figured he'd go there first. Though he seemed to like the sweatshirt a lot." Father said thoughtfully.

I laughed quietly as I watched Barry and Iris talk, I jumped as Tracy dropped the cups, then they left. Probably to talk to Joe. "They just left. I should go to actually. I have a lot of homework to grade." I told him.

"Alright, I'll talk to you later. Love you." Father said.

I smiled. "Love you too, bye." I said then hung up.

I sat in Jitters for a few more hours and finished my grading. Once I was done I headed home to get some much neded rest. I had just walked into the door when my phone rang. "Hello?" I asked without looking at the caller ID.

"GInger it's me again." Father said.

"Hey what's up?" I asked.

"Barry Allen." He said.

"What?" I asked confused.

"He was affected by the particle accelerator. He is now the fastest man alive." He told me.

"Wait what? What do you mean?" I asked.

"To put it bluntly he ran faster than 200 knots per hour." He said.

"That's not possible." I said.

"But it is. I saw it today. Barry Allen is the fastest man alive." Father said.

"So he now has super speed?" I asked.

"He does indeed. However, that's not all." Father said.

"That's not all?" I asked.

"He had a distal radius fracture." My father said.

"Had?" I asked.

"It's healed. In three hours." He said.

"How is that even possible?" I asked.

"We don't know." Father said.

I was at home again when my phone rang. I picked it up seeing Caitlin's name pop up. "Hello?" I asked.
