I woke up early in the morning, my parents had decided to go to some retreat and leave the twins with Harrison and I. I supressed a shudder, how could I not know? I was meeting with Barry, since I know the most about Dr. Wells. I was leaving the twins with Harrison for today, I figured it would be okay since he hasn't ever hurt me.

I quickly made myself some coffee after getting dressed. "Where are you going?" Chloe asked with a yawn.

I jumped. "What are you doing up so early?" I asked.

"Couldn't sleep." Chloe said with a shrug.

"I'm meeting with Barry, actually he's picking me up soon." I said as I sipped my coffee and ate a banana.

"Do you want me to fix your hair?" Chloe aksed pointing to my curly mess.

"Could you?" The thing won't cooperate today." I said.

Chloe smiled and ran back getting a clip. "I wish my hair was curly like yours, though it's finally long again." She said smiling as she clipped it up.

I smiled as I touched it. "Thanks." I said, then there was a light knocking on the door.

"That would be your Oh so valiant boyfriend." Chloe said with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes and answered the door. "Ready?" Barry asked looking inside the house a little warily.

"Yup." I said grabbing my bag.

"Bye Ginger, be good." My sister said.

I quickly closed the door and Barry picked me up. He ran us to CCPD and he immediately put me down, though gently. "We should head up." He said.

I nodded sadly. Ever since we figured out that Joe was right about Wells, Barry's been acting cold to me. "Morning Joe." I said as we walked in.

"Morning Ginger, so what do we have?" Joe asked.

"All right, this is everything that we know about Harrison Wells, which is actually not a lot." Barry said.

"Didn't you read a whole book about him?" Joe asked.

I sighed. "Yeah, 600 pages, and the big takeaway is, he's enigmatic." Barry said.

I nodded. "Even I don't know much more than what you already have. And what I do know is what he prefers to eat or something like that." I said.

"Your mom was killed by a speedster. Wells' machine turned you into a speedster." Joe said. "That's way too many coincidences for this old cop."

Barry groaned. "Do you think that he wanted me to become The Flash?" He asked.

"Everything he's done since that night you got struck by lightning bringing you to S.T.A.R. Labs, giving you the suit, training you it's all been to keep you safe." Joe said.

"It just doesn't make sense." I said then threw my hands up, I wish I could remember everything that happened that night!

"He's helped me to make me faster. Wells once said that he needed more speed from me." Barry said.

"Why?" Joe asked.

I sighed, trying to remember. "I don't know." Barry said.

"But he wants something from you, Barry." I said helplessly.

"We just need to figure out what it is." Joe said.

"Well, let's go get him then. Let's get some answers." Barry said.

I don't think that would end well, but I'm not saying anything. "We can't do that now as much as we might want to." Joe said.

"Joe, you had your suspicions about Wells from the very beginning." Barry said.
