"Where's Lucia?" Barry asked me softly.

"She's with Mia," I said as I looked around the Waverider from what earth I just can't remember. "They're both pissed off right now."

"They're not the only ones," Barry said as people started to walk in.

Baby Jonathan started crying a bit, and I smiled. "I'm beginning to think we should have Georgie with us."

"Your son?" Lois asked, and I nodded.

"So far, he's the only one who isn't a redhead," I shrugged.

"Your kids are cuties," Lois said, and Clark looked like he was trying not to smile.

"They're terrors," Barry added.

"Yeah, superpowered toddlers are a bit of a pain," I shrugged. "Hopefully, you won't have that problem."

"Wait-" Clark began nervously, but the Monitor began to speak.

"You have all lost a great hero," the Monitor said.

"The wrong hero," Barry said angrily, and I grabbed onto his hand.

"I do not disagree," Monitor said. "You have suffered a horrible loss, but you have every reason not to lose hope, seven, in fact. Across space and time-" He stopped as Baby Jonathan started crying, so Lois handed him to Clark in an effort to help him settle.

"Across space and time exist seven heroes, beings of the purest will who can ultimately-" Monitor was again stopped by Jonathan, so Clark handed him to Kara.  [CRYING CONTINUES.]

"Sorry," Lois said.

"Beings of the purest will who can ultimately-" Monitor tried again, but Jonathan was not happy.

"It's not working," Kara said as she turned to hand Jonathan to Kate, who crossed her arms.

"Nope."

I created a rattle made out of light and gave it to Jonathan as Kara handed him over to Rory. The baby stopped crying, which made Clark smile curiously. "Beings of the purest will, who can ultimately defeat the Anti-Monitor," Monitor continued.

"Go, go, go," Lois urged Rory before Jonathan started crying again.

"And help save the multiverse," the Monitor finally finished his spiel. "They are known as Paragons."

"Paragons?" Barry asked bitterly. "And you're just dropping this on us now?"

"I only recently learned of their existence by consulting "The Book of Destiny"," Monitor said.

"How?" Barry asked incredulously. "We destroyed it last year."

"After Oliver's early demise, I went back into the time stream and retrieved it intact," Monitor said. "It is now safely stored in this ship's library."

"So it's what, plan "B"? That's comforting," Barry said, and I elbowed him gently.

"Anyone else wishing they'd done that shot?" Kate asked.

"Uh, but wait," Kara began. "If the book can rewrite destiny, can it bring back Earth-38 or any of the other Earths?"

"Trying to re-create an entire world would surely drive one to madness," Monitor said.

"What about my dad?" Mia asked as she walked in with Lucia. "Could it bring him back?"

"I wish it could," Monitor said. "While Oliver Queen was to die in this Crisis, this is not how I saw events unfold, but as the Anti-Monitor gets stronger, I grow weaker. We must find all seven Paragons."
