"STAR Labs. It feels like old times, doesn't it?" My father said as he rolled into the room. I was hidden in the air vent with Iris and Felicity as we listened. "You know, I, uh I built this place with my own hands and called it home for fifteen years, and do you know what? I hated every minute of it, except for my daughter of course."
Iris looked at me concerned as I just glared at them man I called Father for so long. "Where are my friends?" Kara asked.
"Your friends, they're on Earth-X. I wouldn't worry about your friends too much because they're not going to be alive much longer," Thawne said.
Kara tried to get out, but it was no use. "Oh, honey. It's because of the red sunlight. And trust me, it'll make you weaker than you can possibly imagine," Kara's evil twin.
"You did all this just just to get me? Do you know how many innocent people you killed?" Kara demanded.
"Their lives to save mine? Well, they should feel honored," evil Kara said. "It's a strange sensation, isn't it feeling vulnerable?"
"And it's just gonna get worse because this red sunlight, it's softening you up until pretty soon, I'm gonna crack you open like a walnut," Thawne said making me grimace. He was always somewhat too happy about the more messy aspects of Science. "Then I'm gonna take your healthy heart. I'm gonna put it in her. Which means we should probably get you going."
"Good. That'll give me time to talk to myself," evil Kara said.
"Did you hear that? Everyone else is on Earth-X," Iris said.
"And Kara only has a few hours before they go full Mengele on her," Felicity said.
"We gotta stop them," Iris said.
"Got any ideas?" Felicity asked us.
"I don't know," Iris said shaking her head. "Do you have any, Ginger?"
"Give me some time to think," I said softly.
"Iris, Ginger, I'm all for girl power and everything, but how are you and I gonna stop the meaner, Nazi version of my whatever he is right now and people with superpowers?" Felicity asked.
"We don't have to," Iris said looking at me.
"We just need more people with superpowers," I agreed.
"How?" Felicity asked.
"We just need to get to the pipeline and get Cisco. He could turn off all the power to the building and breach us out of here," Iris explained.
"Do you know w to get to the pipeline from here?" Felicity asked.
"Shouldn't be a problem, what Thawne failed to mention is that I helped him build this place," I said.
"Lead the way, McClane," Felicity said.
"We're off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of breaches," I muttered to myself.
~*~
"Is it clear?" I asked Iris.
"Clear," she said as she dropped to the floor of the pipeline.
"I know bad guys have inopportune timing, but this is, like, the worst timing ever," Felicity said as I pulled up the data and tried to get us in.
"Yeah, tell me about it, sister," Iris said.
"Barry and I were just about to get married," I said.
"Again," Iris added.
"At least you guys left on good terms. The last thing I said to Oliver was, "I don't want to marry you," and now he's stuck in Nazi world. I mean, what if we never see them again?" Felicity asked.
