"Barry?" I asked walking down the stairs to see flashes of light going around everywhere before it stopped as a bell dinged.
"Good morning," Barry said brightly.
"Good morning," I said looking around. "You're in a good mood for 6:30 in the morning."
"Yes, I am. Was I too loud? I did make breakfast. We got pancakes and waffles, some French toast, bacon and sausage, perfectly cooked. And I picked up some of that dark roast that you love so much," Barry said.
"Barry Allen, are we feeding an army? What has gotten into you?" I asked smiling.
"Being with you makes me want to do things like this," Barry said adorably.
"Come here," I said. Barry did what I asked and I kissed him, "I love you."
"I love you," Barry said smiling at me. "Um, so do you actually want any of this, or..."
"Um, yes," I said kissing him again. "And some of the food too."

"Wow. What a transformatio, again," Barry said as we looked around the very pink speed lab.
"So this is H.R.'s contribution to the team? Being Martha Stewart?" Jesse asked.
"Guys, he's just trying to do something nice," Caitlin said.
"Heads up!" HR said as a flying heart arrow went for Wally.
"I think Cupid would be annoyed right now," I said to Iris.
"I'm not really good with this kind of thing. You know what I got to do? I got to take some lessons from that guy in the green elf suit over there in Star City, what's his name?" HR said.
"Green Arrow," I supplied.
"Hey, what is all this?" Barry asked.
"Friend's Day! Ba-da!" HR said happily.
"What?"
"Friend's Day."
"Friend's?"
"Oh, it's my Earth's equivalent of Valentine's Day," HR said. "And I thought, like, after, you know, our success with the gorillas, that we should, like, celebrate the love."
"Was all this necessary?" Joe asked.
"Yeah, Joe. Speaking of, where is your Your lady friend? 'Cause I would like to...."
"No, you wouldn't like to do anything. She's at work, which is where I should be going," Joe said.
"Yeah, I..." Barry said about to leave, but we had cards given to us.
"Look what I have, ladies and gentlemen. I have your own personal Friend's Day card. For yours truly, Ms. West," HR said handing one to Iris and then one to me, "the Mrs. Allen. Captain."
"Thanks, H. R," Barry said.
"Leader of the ship," HR said before going to the others.
"This was really sweet of him," I said.
"Well you know, Ginger, will you be my friend?" Iris asked making me laugh.
"You two are weird," Barry said shaking his head.
"Look at you two, changing the future," Iris said hugging me.
I shrugged, "we're all changing the future."
"One headline at a time," Barry added.
"So got any plans?" Iris asked wigging her eyebrows.
"Wha? No, why would you say that?" Barry asked nervously.
