I was currently getting ready for my date with Barry, he said something about bowling. I haven't been bowling since the last time I saw my family, whom are going to be arriving in the next few days for their annual visit. They are going to be staying at Harrison's house, the twins may crash at my place though. So I was busy getting everything ready. Barry said that I was stressed and needed to get out for tonight, hence the date.

The doorbell rang signaling Barry's arrival, I went over to the door and opened it quickly. "You ready to have fun?" Barry asked smiling enthusiatstically.

"I think you're going to humilitate me with this game of bowling." I said smiling as I grabbed my bag.

"So you're driving right?" Barry asked. He wanted this to be a semi-normal date. Plus he did a lot of running today.

"Of course I'm driving, I barely trust you to drive my BMW." I said as I pulled out my keys.

"Your car s fun to ride in." Barry said as we walked out.

"Well it's more fun to be with you as you run." I said as we got into the car.

"You're just saying that, though it os probably a lot more fun to be with me than not." Barry said as I drove to the bowling alley.

I rolled my eyes. "I'm not even gonna say anything." I said.

Barry laughed. "You just did." He said.

We got to the alley and got our shoes. " I never would've pegged you as someone who likes to bowl." I said.

"Oh, this is one of my favorite places in the world, and I'm guessing one of the only sports that I can destroy you at." Barry said.

"Oh, okay, you think so, huh?" I asked smiling.

"I'm pretty sure, yeah." Barry said.

I laughed. "Okay. Though you can probably beat me in any sport."

Barry and I laughed, then we saw Iris and Eddie. "Hi, guys." She said standing up.

"Iris, Eddie, hey. What are you guys doing here?" Barry asked.

"We thought it would be fun. Barry and I have been bowling here since we were kids." Iris said. "Why don't you guys join us?"

"Uh, we don't want to interrupt your date." Eddie said.

        "No, it's it's okay." I said smiling.

        "Are you sure?" Barry asked.

"Of course. It'll be fun." I said.

I rolled the bowling ball and somehow managed to get a spare. "Ha-ha! Do you smell that, Barry? That's defeat." Iris said cheering me on.

"We'll see who's winning after this." Barry said getting ready to bowl.

I watched, holding our food, as Barry decided now would be a great time to get a strike. "I am impressed, Allen." I said.

"I heard the owner was thinking of selling. Maybe you could teach your students the history of bowling?" Barry said.

"Um, I'm still iffy on whether bowling is worthy of a history lesson." I said.

"I've wondered the same." Eddie said.

"Well, sport, history, or hobby, I am still better than you." Barry said lauging.
