Ok ok so wow.

This book is finally considered complete! Part of me still can't believe it to be honest but wow.

This book has just been so fun to write and come up with stories and characters for. I've loved every second of writing this book and it's turned out so awesome!!

Of course, I have to thank all do you who read this book! Without you, I might have just stopped uploading all together but luckily I didn't! Your votes and comments have always motivated me to continue this story and so this is a thank you to you lovely readers!

side note but I still can't believe we're almost at 11k reads already it literally felt like I reached 5k yesterday lol

Anyway, along with this thank you, I've also made a new cover! I started to hate the old one cause of how dark and boring it looked so I present to you the new cover:

I wanted Kei and Kuro to be the faces of the cover seeing as they're two of the most important characters.

I wanted to mimic the DR art style but gave up and used my own! So I hope you like this new cover!

Now, the future.

I'll still update the extras book. I still have unused executions and one-shots to write and publish, so you can look forward to that!

I did say I would go back and rewrite the prologue and first chapter, but I have decided not to. I might go back and fix some chapters along with the extras book, but that's unlikely as I wanna out my focus onto an upcoming book that I'm about to talk about.

Will there be a second book?

And I can already tell you that the answer to that is...

Yes!

There will be a second book. In fact, it's already in the making. As another thank you gift, I'll give you all a sneak peek of the cover, title, and our new protagonist!

Anyway, I'm sure you all have questions like is this second book a sequel? A prequel? A completely new story? What's the setting? (You can kind of guess that last one by the title and cover background)

I'm afraid I won't reveal more to you all about the second book, but it will be coming out soon! And we might see some familiar and unfamiliar faces...

All I will say is that it won't be a completely new story as the current story is far from over.
