"We'll be landing in a few minutes, Sir. Please fasten your seatbelt," the stewardess said, her gaze moving back and forth in my upper torso and then gliding down into my pelvis.
I raised my brow and removed my eyeglasses as I put the laptop on the other side. My forehead creases as I notice the woman still shamelessly looking. Fucking slut. My hands wrapped around the glass of my bourbon and drank it bottoms up. "Would you like me to serve you more, Sir?" the slut asked, bending lower than usual to show off her silicone boobs. If Ayah was in her place, I'm already kneeling on the ground, she stood.
I moved the glass to hand it to her, then dropped it on purpose. She let out a loud gasp and looked shocked at me. This isn't the emotion I'm looking for. "What the fuck are you doing? Clear it out!" My voice boomed in the cabin, and she kneeled on the floor, shivering as she picked up the broken glass.
I leaned forward to her and gripped her hair tightly, and she looked up at me with tears in her eyes. "Keep the fuck your eyes to yourself or I will take them out," I snarled coldly and pushed her head.
The shaking girl cleans the shattered glass. "Keep that fucking mouth uttering noises and I will fucking stitch it." I was irritated as she kept on crying as if I'd done something bad to her. The girl shut up and sped away, and a new stewardess served my bourbon
My body rests against the cushion of the seat as I massage my temples. I drink the bourbon in one go as the plane lands. I stood up and my men were standing full on alert. Rocco, one of my men walks up to me and hands me a coat.
"Give me updates," I ordered as I put on the coat. I check the insides of the coat and see other types of weapon I need for short range. I shoved the calibre 45 into my back pocket.
"The Italian mafia said that they will not give the weapons unless you meet them and have a talk with them. From my source, they currently have problems with the Spanish mafia, and coming to you must have a motive to make you allies."
I strongly think they will not attack us. "Set up a meeting right now," I said as I closed my coat and felt the weight of it leave my body.
"But, sir, it's late, and you need to rest," the man said, but stopped when I approached him closely. "Set it up right now," I said authoritatively, and he gasped and nodded. The night air touched my warm skin as I stepped out of the plane. I took a deep breath and alerted all of my senses.
My gaze darted around the area. My parameters are being secured by the men. I peered into the darkness to see if there was anything strange. I walked toward the armored car, still scanning the location calmly. I hopped inside the vehicle through the side door. The interior was dark, but I could see the driver's silhouette.
Unusually quiet.
I grinned. I suppose that comes as no surprise to me. My hands are itching to get splattered. As I settle into my seat, Rocco appears to run as he enters the car, panting. I give him a stern look.
"Phone call from Sir Alex, Sir, said to be important," he explained as he handed over the phone.
I took the phone and signaled for him to exit. "What?" I questioned, as I looked in the rearview mirror and noticed that the person who was meant to be my driver wasn't moving. Is that it?
"Ayah," Alex answered, and that name is enough to stir something inside me. "What happened?" I seriously asked as I put my hands around the neck of the driver to feel his pulse.
Dead.
"She received an unknown call, and the caller warned her not to get caught," Alex sighed. "Red tracked the phone call simply to lead us in random directions, and your girl... She may be resisting it, but I can see she's afraid."
