Chapter 13: Family Surprise

It was the day that Yoohyeon will visit Minji at her filming site. She took her day off to go with Minji. Ever since the day that Minji told her CEO about her and Yoohyeon, all the staff that surrounded Minji inside the company were told as well. As of now, only Minji’s manager knows who Yoohyeon is. The other staff have yet to meet Yoohyeon and they would be glad to do so. Now, they’re in Minji’s van, going to the filming site. They’re going to film in an open field. Yoohyeon was worried for Minji since she will be filming some action scenes. It’s been 2 and a half months ever since the surgery. Minji was okay. But Yoohyeon chose this day over all other days so she’ll be there in case Minji gets hurt. They were both riding in the backseat, hands tangled,

“Are you sure you’re gonna be okay?” Yoohyeon asked worriedly

“I’m gonna be fine, Yooh. I did all my check-ups, took all the medicine needed, and you even said that it’s fine and you’re there so just in case something happens to me, you’ll save me right?” Yoohyeon never knew that Minji had this much confidence in her. Like Yoohyeon is her savior. She just nodded, enjoying the peace inside the van.They reached the filming location in a matter of minutes. Minji and Yoohyeon have already prepared on how the younger girl will be introduced. They went to the director first.

“Hi Director Kang. This is the doctor that operated on me, Dr. Kim Yoohyeon and a friend. She found out that I’m going to film action scenes today so she came just in case something happens.” The director greeted Yoohyeon and the doctor did the same. She was given an ID that had “staff” written on it so people will know that she’s not a stranger. Minji introduced Yoohyeon to everyone. It felt like introducing Yoohyeon to her relatives since she considers these staff members as her family too. They settled on a place. Yoohyeon checked Minji’s scar and did some things to her before she filmed. Minji just laughed.

“I’m fine, Yooh. If it starts hurting, I’m gonna tell you right away, okay? Don’t worry too much.” Yoohyeon sighed

“Alright. Even if it hurts a bit, tell me right away, okay?” Minji nodded with a huge smile on her face. She wanted to kiss Yoohyeon at that moment but she remembered that there were a lot of people. She needs to REALLY behave herself right now if she doesn’t want to damage hers and Yoohyeon’s careers. A stylist called her over to change her clothes. Yoohyeon felt awkward, just sitting there. She feels like she needs to do something but she doesn’t know what it is. She just looked around, analyzing how each staff member moved accordingly. So this is how they work here, huh. A staff member shouted, ‘Minji is ready!’ and all heads automatically turned to her. Yoohyeon’s mouth dropped. Minji was wearing an all black body suit with an opening at her chest. She almost drooled from looking at Minji. Sure, she has seen Minji naked at this point but seeing her in a different type of clothing made Yoohyeon feel something. When they meet, Minji is either wearing casual or comfortable clothes. Yoohyeon doesn’t mind. But now that she’s in her work clothes, Yoohyeon can’t stop staring. She eyed Minji up and down, unconsciously licking and biting her lips in the process. Minji saw her do that and the older couldn't help but give a mischievous smile and a wink to Yoohyeon. She walked towards Yoohyeon to drop off some things. She whispered in the doctor’s ears.

“Behave yourself, pup.” Even if Yoohyeon couldn’t see Minji, she felt the woman smirk. Minji pulled back and innocently smiled,

“How do you like my outfit today?” Minji said as she was twirling around, showing her outfit.
