I was wearing a white oversized button-down tiered dress when I hopped inside Toby's car. Nasa backseat sina Toden at Chary at nakasuot ng casual polo at khaki shorts. Gano'n din ang porma ni Tobias na siya'ng magda-drive sa amin ngayon.

My phone beeped for a new notification and I abruptly checked it. It was from Lucia.

Lucia:
Sa'n na kayo?

Euphemia Sannee:
Papaalis pa lang ng bahay.

Another message popped in and it was from Demetrio. I instantly smile when I saw his message for me.

Demetrio Vincencio:
Ingat kayo.

His simple reply.

The car went out of the house. Bumaling si Toby sa akin nang mapansin nito ang ginagawa ko.

"Is Tita Leilani already waiting for us?" he asked as he swiftly maneuvered the car for a turn.

I shook my head. "Nope." I licked my lower lip. "It's Demetrio," sagot ko.

"She's in love, bro," boses ni Chary mula sa likod ang narinig ko.

I glanced at the rearview mirror. He was looking at me so it means I am the one he's addressing to be 'in love'. Nilibot ko ang ulo at hinarap ito sa pagitan ng driver's seat at passenger seat.

"Break up with your girlfriend." I rolled my eyes.

"'Yan pa rin ang topic natin? Why not talk about you and Demetrio?"

"He's cool. I like him, Eanne," balita ni Toden.

"Of course. He's the best," puri ko pa.

"Are you two together? Akala ko ba manliligaw pa lamang si Trio?" si Tobias. Ang tingin nito ay nanatili sa harap at seryoso habang nagda-drive.

I shrugged my shoulders. "I already answered him."

Kinabukasan ng lahat ng nangyari no'n sa formation at sa underground, hindi na ako naghintay o nagpatagal pa. Pag pasok na pag pasok kinabukasan sa school ay agad ko na siyang sinagot. I even wake my brothers para maaga kami sa pagpunta sa school dahil alam kong maaga si Demetrio pumapasok. I told him that I want to be his girlfriend that morning when I found him at our room alone. He was shock. Mabilis. Pero... I felt something with him.

Matagal na akong may nararamdaman. Simula no'ng gulo na nangyari sa birthday ni Toby. Doon umisbol ang lahat. I kept on denying it. Ayaw ko lang aminin dahil sa issue na binibintang sa kanya but I let it sit aside. I want him. I like him.

"Wow! Ang bilis! Maldita ka pero ang bilis mong sagutin si Demetrio," asik ni Chary.

"Wala namang masama. I'm pretty. Hindi naman mawawalan si Demetrio. He likes me kaya what's with prolonging his courtship. Magsasayang lang siya ng pera para sa mga expensive gifts if that's what he's going to do like what Toby did with Audrey. Sayang sa pera. And I want him to stay focus in his job..."

"The heck," si Zachary.

"Saan mo kinuha mga pinagsasabi mo? I thought Demetrio will take more days or even months to straighten your bad actions. Bakit ngayon pa lang – ilang araw pa lang - parang dumiretso na 'yang dila mo?" kutya ni Toby.

"Are you really going to talk about me and Demetrio the whole ride?" I asked, disbelief.

"Yes!"

"Yes!"

Sabay na sagot ni Tobias at Chary. Umiling ako at nagpakawala nang malalim na hininga.

"I won't entertain you two. Buti pa si Toden. Surely Ate Bella will like him," puri ko sa kapatid ko na tahimik.
