"Kuntento na ako sa'yo, bakit pa ako maghahanap ng iba?"

"Ayaw ko na rito. Uuwi ako," sabi ko at marahas na inilayo ang katawan sa hawak nito.

Pinabayaan niya ako. He let me go out of the farmhouse. Hindi siya sumunod sa akin. Tears were still falling from my eyes. They were unstoppable.

I was clutching my chest and gently rubbing it when I went inside the SUV. Tiningnan ko ang loob at wala akong nakitang Loki roon.

Did he accompany me to here? Hindi ba si Loki ang naghatid sa akin?

I wailed again as I thought that no one will drive me to the airport. Hindi ko alam paano pumunta roon dahil nakatulog ako buong biyahe. My phone... my phone was in the on the go bag. Nasa loob ng farmhouse ang mga bag ko at hindi ko na 'yon makukuha dahil nasa loob si Demetrio. I can't call my brothers to fetch me here!

The sky thundered. It was a series of the sky's roaring and was followed by a lightning. I shrieked and covered my ears. Napayuko rin ako kaagad para magtago sa sasakyan.

Paunti-unti ang patak ng ulan na naririnig ko sa bubong ng sasakyan habang nakayuko. I was hungry, cold, and alone in this car. I just wanted to go home.

Another thunder soared in the area that made me covered my ears more tightly. Nakapikit din ang mata ko at ayaw tingnan ang labas.

I'm not afraid of thunder. Ayaw ko lang na makakaranas ako ng ganito na mag-isa at nasa loob pa ng sasakyan! The place where the car was parked was in the middle! Trees were the only ones scattered here!

I was wishing for Loki to fetch me here. I can still go inside of the farmhouse to get my bags. Hindi lang ako roon magtatagal at maghahanap agad ako ng hotel na tutuluyan.

I took a peak of the outside. The land was in a mud form because of the rain. If I run the distance from the car to the farmhouse then I'm sure to get wet. I will be soaking wet when I'll arrive at the french door. Hindi biro ang patak ng ulan. Makakapal at mabibigat. Siguradong mababasa ako kahit na tatakbuhin ko 'yon.

But I'm determined to get my ass out of here. I took a series of deep breaths. I calmed myself and waited for the rain to stop a little bit. And when it did... I opened the SUV and went out of it and ran my life to the farmhouse again.

I was soaking wet the moment I stepped a foot inside the farmhouse. I was hugging my body because of the cold. Nakayuko rin ako at hindi makatingin nang maayos sa harap dahil sa panginginig.

"Shit!" Rinig kong mura ng kung sino. I heard footsteps and then from my lowered head, I saw a foot in front of me.

Dahan-dahan kong tinaas ang ulo at nagtama ang mga mata namin. In his innocent brown eyes, there were pain and concern on it. Nagtaas ito ng kamay at pinalibot sa katawan ko ang tuwalya na hindi ko alam saan nito kinuha.

"I-I need my bags. I need to call my brothers to fetch me from here," sabi ko rito sa nanginginig na boses.

He was still arranging and seriously putting the towel around me when our eyes met again. "Pumunta ka muna sa kuwarto mo at magpalit ng damit. Nandoon ang mga bag mo. Matatawagan mo ang mga kapatid mo pero dahil sa kalagayan ng kalangitan ngayon, baka hindi ka na makakaalis dito."

"I still need to get out of here," saad ko pa rin.

He tiredly sighed. "Tomorrow. You can leave tomorrow. Huwag ngayon at todo pa ang ulan."

"I don't care about the rain, Mr. Guadarrama! I need to leave this place this instant!"

"Then don't give a damn about the rain, Ms. Defensor. Wala rin akong pakialam sa ulan pero sa'yo na basang-basa ngayon dahil sa ulan at sigurado akong magkakalagnat ka ay may pakialam ako. Stay in the house for a bit. If ever your decision still remains tomorrow morning then I'm going to accompany you to the airport. Hindi kita pipilitin." He craned his neck to the left.
