Ava looks at Jackson shocked for a while as her eyes fall on the ring and back up at Jackson as tears rolls down her cheek.
Ava nods at him. "Yes I'll marry you." Ava tells him as he slips the ring on her finger as she kisses him deeply.

"That was hell.Actual physical hell." Meredith says to them as they sit on the curb of the street.
"I think I went a tad overboard." Cristina tells them as Jackson sits beside her. "A lot overboard." Cristina says.
"They took something from me." Meredith says to them.
"Yeah, that wasn't an exam.That was an interrogation." Jackson exclaims angrily.
"Like, way... way overboard." Cristina repeats herself.
"The mind games." Meredith says
"Trick questions." April adds
"It felt like Al Qaeda in there." Jackson snaps as he lets out his aggression.
Ava sits staring at the floor as Meredith looks at her.
"Ava you haven't said anything?" Meredith says as they all look at the youngest shepherd as she look up at them.
"I have 5 board certified siblings I'm the first to fail could you imagine what Derek is going to say." Ava says as she continues looking at the floor.
"Next test is june." Meredith tells them.
"June's not bad." Cristina says lightly.
"2013." Meredith finishes.
"Oh." Cristina says.
"What's done is done.Let's just not even talk about it anymore." Jackson tells them as they all nod agreeing.
"Anyone know how Alex did?" Meredith asks.
"Anyone know if Alex made it?" April says to them.
"Made it?" Cristina asks her.
"What do you mean, made it?" Meredith asks just after.
6 hours earlier...
"Welcome to the American Medical Board of Surgery Certifying Examination.We'll give you four separate scenarios in 3 30-minute sessions,10-minute breaks in between.To pass the test,you must pass two of the three sessions.Now you can fail a session and still pass and still pass.But examiners are not permitted to indicate whether you passed or failed each session.You'll be rated on your ability to diagnose, manage treatment,handle the unexpected...Basically, the strength of your constitution in crisis.And when we move on to the, uh, next scenario,there's no doubling back,meaning,once a question is asked...You can't go back." The examiner tells Ava as nods her head understanding.
"So then,a 65-year-old woman is being seen by
her primary care physician for a workup of osteoporosis when she is found to have
elevated calcium.Her P.T.H. level was well above normal.Her doctor sends her to you." The examiner tells Ava as she nods her head.
"Elevated calcium and P.T.H.
would indicate primary hyperparathyroidism. Next, I would resect it and explore the other glands." Ava answers the scenario.
"Aggressive choice." The examiner says to Ava.
"I suppose I could wait for the I.P.M. before taking further actions but by being aggressive I'm saving the patient less complication or less chance of a complication occurring.
"Are you sure you're okay with that?" The examiner asks Ava.
"Yes, I'm okay with that." Ava tells them confidently.
