Ava stood with Alex as everyone else was dancing.

"Kepner's wasted. That's a first." Alex says as Ava nods her head as Jackson walks over to them as he's concerned about April.

"Yeah, well, lately she's been all about...firsts." Jackson mumbles as he wraps his arm around Ava's waist as he takes a sip of his beer.

"Wait, wait, wait. Music.This is Dr. Yang.Well, that does certainly give me a lot to think about.
Thank you so much for calling.Mayo wants to give me a research lab.Guess who's back in the running!" Cristina says as they all cheer for her.

"Whoo! Yeah, Cristina!" April exclaims very drunk as she joins Meredith and Cristina dancing.

"April!" Cristina cheers as April starts dancing.

"So that's what rock bottom looks like." Alex says to Ava and Jackson as they look at April.

"Music. Music." April says as she gets a phone call.

"Hello.Uh, yes, this is she.Okay.Well, yes, thank you. Thank you.Um, thank you so much for the opportunity.U.V.A. wants a board-certified surgeon so they pulled my offer.Come on. Music. Come on. Sorry.Come on.Music! Come on!" April says as she begins dancing again.

Ava takes Jackson's hand as they go and dance as Alex joins in with them.

Ava catches up with Cristina and Meredith as they talk about where they are going.

"You're going to Stanford?" Ava asks Cristina as she hears Meredith and Cristina talking about it.

"No Meredith has made my decision for me." Cristina says to Meredith.

"There's no way you're going to Columbia.And Mayo's in Minnesota.Please.And since we're staying here,Stanford's only a couple of hours away.You'll come up.I'll bring Zola down.We can get drunk on the weekends.Okay, well, maybe I shouldn't bring Zola." Meredith says to Cristina.

"Hey! There you are.Is there anything you want to go over on the conjoined twins before you head out to Boise?" Teddy says to Cristina as she find the three girls.

"Uh, no. I'm, uh, I'm good." Cristina says to Teddy.

"You sure? 'Cause you're gonna be the sole cardiothoracic surgeon representing Seattle Grace.Which, I mean, you know, is kind of unheard of for an attending to allow her fellow to do.But that's just the kind of faith I have in you." Teddy says smiling at Cristina.

"Technically, I'm not a fellow yet." Cristina reminds Teddy.

"I know.Right?I mean, so just think about all the things that you're gonna be able to do when you are.Tip of the iceberg, Yang. I'm proud of you." Teddy says to Cristina as she leaves.

"You haven't even told her you're leaving?" Meredith says to Cristina.

"I haven't decided yet where I'm going." Cristina says to Meredith.

"You just did.Stanford." Meredith says as Ava chuckles at the twisted sisters.

"Hopkins!" Alex exclaims as he comes up behind the three of them.

"Uh, Hopkins is not in the running." Cristina tells Alex.

"Not for you. For me.Hopkins.Hopkins wants me.Hopkins wants me." Alex exclaims as Ava smiles brightly at her best friend.
