Ava was quickly getting the twins into their car seats as mark ran out to the drive with his backpack on. "You got everything Mark?" Ava called out to him.

"Yeah mommy." He tells her as he climbs into the car and she fastens him into his car seat before getting into when drivers seat.

"Mommy where's daddy?" Mark asks as Ava turned to look at him.

"Uhh daddy had to leave early for work he had to go see his patient. Anyway let's get you to school and then these two to the daycare." Ava says as she goes to drop Mark off at preschool.

Ava heard crying as she walked into the conference room as she saw Owen with Harriet as she smiled at him. "You need a hand?" She asks him as he nods his head.

"That's would be helpful." Owen says as Ava takes harrier as she rocks her slowly and she falls asleep on her as Owen looks at her.

"How did you do that? Are you some baby whisperer or something?" He says as Ava looks up at him.

"No I just had three children. She can tell that your stressed so she can sense your emotions that's why she was crying." Ava says as Owen looks at her.

"Really? So it's not because she doesn't like me?" Owen questions as Ava chuckles at him slightly.

"Definitely not. Here sit down." Ava says as she hands Harriet back to him as she remained asleep as Owen smiled at her.

"Thanks I never thought she was going to stop crying." Owen says as Ava smiles at him.

"Hey your family now got to help each other I guess. I should I go I have a surgery but just stay as calm as you can." She tells him as she walks away.

"You two need to learn to share. I have a 25-year-old with liver failure who will die because old ladies don't know how to share. Hey have any traumas come in that are organ donors?" Meredith says as Ava sits beside her.

"No not today sorry." Ava says as she looks at Meredith.

"Your thing is not a problem. I need her back. I might really need her back if I'm... you know." Amelia says looking at Maggie.

"Have you peed on the stick yet? Because if you haven't peed on that stick yet, stop talking!" Meredith says as Ava looks at Amelia.

"Come on, Mer. She's excited." Maggie says as Ava stares at Amelia.

"Why would you be peeing on a stick?" Ava asks as Meredith looks at her.

"Her periods late but she hasn't taken a test yet." Meredith says as Ava nods her head understandably.

"You got take a test. I'd say a blood test way more accurate." Ava tells her sister.

"I just... I don't know if I should tell Owen before or after. H-How did you tell Derek?" She says looking at Meredith.

"I gave Zola a shirt that said "Best Big Sister."" She says to them.

"That's sweet, but not helpful." Amelia tells her.

"And then with Ellis, I was off the hook because he was dead." Meredith says as Ava looks at her with wide eyes z

"Well, this was fun for a minute." Maggie says as Amelia looks at Ava.

"How did you tell Jackson?" She asks as Ava looks up at her.

"I kind of just told him. I mean Derek found out before me when I was pregnant with mark they sent my results to him. Then with the twins Jackson was there with me when I got the results." Ava says as Amelia nods her head as she walks off with Maggie.

Ava walked down as she saw Mark at the daycare as he ran over to her. "Hi momma." He says as she picks him up.

"Hey buddy how was pre school?" She asks him as he smiles at her.

"Good I got to paint look at my picture." He says as he points to the picture on the table as Ava puts him down and looks at his painting. "That's you daddy me Harry and Daisy." Mark says point to the different figures on his paper.

"Well that's amazing Mark. Listen mommy is working late tonight so your going home with daddy. But I love you and I'll be there when you wake up okay." She says as she hugs him.

He hugs her back. "Okay mommy and I love you." He says as Ava goes to say Goodnight to the twins as she had a surgery.

She picks Daisy up as she rocks her side to side as her daughter smiles at her. "Mama." Daisy babbles as she points at Ava as she smiles brightly.

"That's right sweet girl I'm your mama." She says as she kisses her head and puts her down as she does the same to Harry.

Ava finished up with her surgery as she took off her scrub cap. She walked down the hall as she saw Amelia. "You find out yet?" Ava says looking at her sister.

"Not yet i didn't have to do this last time you know with Christopher. I just- I couldn't ever go through that again." Amelia says biting back her own tears as Ava pulls her into her embrace.

"Amy whatever the test says you will face it. If it's positive you will be an amazing mother and you will have a beautiful baby. There is always risk of complications but the thing that happen to Christopher is not likely to happen to another baby you have." Ava says as Amelia looks at her.

"I know but i don't know Ava. I'm really scared." Amelia says as Ava looks at her.

"I didn't want the twins." Ava says as Amelia looks at her.

"What do you mean?" Amelia asks looking at her sister.

"After Mark I didn't want anymore children. The car accident scared me, the idea of losing him or another baby. I couldn't feel that again. Jackson he wanted more and we fought but i eventually moved past the fear and now I have two beautiful babies who I love more than anything." Ava says as Amelia smiles at her.

"I'm glad it worked out for you Ava but I'm still not sure." Amelia says as Ava looks at her.

"Take the test and whatever happens I'm with you always Amy. I'm your sister and no matter what you decide I'll be there and I'll hold you hand." Ava says as Amelia hugs her as she hugs her back.
