"Incoming. 20 minutes, chest pains." Ava says as she looks at Owen.

"I'll take it. Page cardio...Anyone but Riggs." Owen tells her as he walks away as Bailey looks at her.

"Page Riggs." Bailey tells her as Ava shook her head slightly confused.

"He just said..." Ava tries to argue as Bailey cuts her off.

"I can hear." Bailey reminds her as she looks at the tablet in her hands.

"You know that Dr. Hunt punched Dr. Riggs." Ava reminds her as Bailey just nods her head at her.

"The only way they're gonna learn to work together is if they work together,so any cardio consults
that get paged to the pit,you page Riggs." Bailey says to her as Ava nods head at her boss.

"Chest pains, huh?" Riggs says as he looks at Ava as she looks up at him.

"Yep." Ava says as she stood beside Owen as he continues to look away.

"So, what's he doing here?Shepherd, I told you..." Owen says as she shakes her head at him.

"I know you did,but this is what's happening." Ava says to him.

"I gave you a direct order." Owen states as he looks at his old student.

"Come on, Hunt. You've turned everyone here against me.The least you can do is let me frigging work." Nathan says to Owen.

"You have no business being here at all." Owen says to him as Ava grows annoyed.

"Guys, stop." Ava snaps at them but they don't listen.

"You know what? I'm sick and tired of hearing about it." Nathan says to Owen as they turn to each other.

"Why don't find someplace else to work?" Owen says to him as Ava pushes past them.

"Oh, yay! Someone's hurt." Ava says as she walks past them as they follow behind her.

"Male, 55, complaining of tightness in the chest." The paramedics tell Ava as she looks at the patient.

"Sir, do you have any pain in your left arm?" Ava asks him.

"No, not really.My chest hurts like hell, though." He shook his head as Ava gave him a small smile.

"Riggs, you can go.I got this." Owen says as they headed near the hospital.

"Chest pains. I'll take it." Riggs says to Hunt as the glare at each other.

"Sir, what did you eat this morning?" Ava asks him.

"A burrito... Two burritos." The patient tells her as she nods her head at him.

"It's probably not surgical.I'll page someone if it is.Let's go." Owen says to Ava.

"How about you let me do my job?" Riggs says to him.

"How about you get the hell away..." Owen says as Ava shouts at them both.

"How about you both shut up?" She snaps as she grew annoyed as the ambulance blew up as the three covered the patient and themselves.

"What the hell was that?" Jackson says as he looks at his patient then at the shepherd sisters.

"Ambulance exploded." Ava tells him as she continues to work.

"What?" Jackson says as he looks at his wife.

"Partial thickness burns to the upper chest." Ava tells him as they work on the patient.

"Follow the light with your eyes.Okay, good." Amelia says as she does her Neuro check.

"What happened?" The paramedic asks looking at Amelia.

"Your rig exploded, but don't worry.We've got you, okay? You're gonna be okay." Ava says to him with a small smile on her lips.

"Oh, Shepherd, they need you in trauma 1." Bailey says to Amelia.

"Mm-hmm." Amelia nods as finishes her checks.

"They figure out why that rig blew up?" Jackson asks Bailey.

"Uh, fire department's looking at it now." Bailey tells them.

"Oh, my god. It was me.I didn't secure the oxygen tank.Johnny's always saying...He's gonna kill me." The paramedic says to them.

"It was an accident, and he knows that." Amelia tells him as she looks at her sister who gives her a small smile.

"He's gonna kill me." The paramedic cried out slightly to them.

"Don't arch your neck. All right." Jackson says to him.

"So, how long is this going to last?" Meredith says as she looks at all of them.

"Come on. It's fun." Maggie says to her.

"I want to go to bed." Meredith whines as Ava laughs at her slightly.

"Oh, I do, too, and I can't go home." Alex says to them.

"I don't want to go home... Alone.I miss Penny.I miss having sex.Ugh. Penny and I had the greatest sex.
It was that "journey of discovery" great sex you have in the beginning." Callie says to them as Ava shares a look with Meredith.

"Jo and I had sex like that all the time." Alex comments as Ava pulls a face at him.

"And now no Penny, no sex.No sex with Penny. None of it." Callie says to them.

"Okay, let's not talk about sex, because the chief is here." Ava says as she looks at Bailey.

"I'm just eating my pizza.Besides, it sounds like none
of y'all are getting any anyway. Well besides shepherd." Bailey comments as the all nods as Ava looks at them all.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Ava says to them.

"Oh come on your married and we've all seen Avery shirtless no way you can keep away from him especially with your hormones caused by the tiny Averys that are growing inside of you." Callie says to her.

"I guess so." Ava says as she shrugs it off.

"Pierce is getting some." Alex comments as the look at Maggie.

"No, I'm not. Don't say that.Forget he said that." Maggie says to them.

"Okay, but, guys, really, you can go." Meredith says to them.

"No, we're here because it's fun." Maggie says to them.

They continue to go back and forth as Meredith ends up kicking them all out as Ava turns to Alex. "Want to go to Joes for a drink." Ava says to him as she nods grabbing his coat as they head out.

Ava sat beside Alex as she rested her head on his shoulder. "Shouldn't you be at home with your husband and your son?" Alex asks her.

"Jackson has taken Mark to see Catherine for the weekend so it's just me and these two I guess so what's going on with you?" Ava asks as she rested her hand on her bump.

"I proposed to Jo and she turned me down now things at home are awkward and i don't know what to do." Alex says as he takes a sip of his beer.

"The best thing for you to do is to talk to her because I can see that girl loves you and there has to be a reason. This is real Alex and what you two have is real so fix it because it doesn't come around too often." Ava says to her friend as he smiled at her.
