Ava stands looking in the mirror as there was a knock on the bathroom door.
"Ava are you all good in there?" Amelia asks through the door as Ava opens the door walking out as all eyes fall on her.
"Ava you look beautiful." Meredith says to her sister in law as she holds Zola as Ava smiles at her.
"You really think so?" Ava asks them nervously as they all smile at her.
"You look gorgeous sweetheart." Her mom says to her as she walks over to her and hugs her as Ava hugs her back.
As they pull back from the hug Ava sees tears in her moms eyes. "What's wrong mom?" Ava asks her mom.
"Nothing I just wish you'd got to meet your dad and it's just every big thing that happens reminds me how much he missed. He would've of loved you so much and be so proud of you. I see a lot of him in you baby so don't ever change." Her mum tells her as they hug again as Ava's eyes glaze over.
"Hey no crying I just did your make up." Amelia tells her sister as she smiles nodding as Catherine walks in with April.
"Ava dear you look stunning Jackson is a very lucky man." Catherine says to her future daughter in law as Ava smiles at her.
"Have you seen him? How is he?" Ava asks Catherine.
"I have and he's fine." Catherine tells Ava as she smiles. "Well we should go find our seat." Catherine says as she leaves with Ava's sisters and her mom as they each hug her.
"If you don't want to do this they're is still time to make a run for it?" Meredith says as Cristina nods while Amelia and April look at them as if they are crazy.
"Thanks but I'm fine." Ava says as Amelia hands her a bouquet as Derek walks in as he smiles at his baby sister.
"You look amazing." Derek says to her as he walks over and kisses her cheek. "Let's get you married." Derek says as they head to wait at the door.

Ava links her arm with Derek as he smiles at her as he leans into her ear.
"You've got this." Derek whispers to her as the music begins and she smiles up at her big brother as they begin walking as her eyes meet Jackson's all the nerves quickly disappear as she smiles at him.
Ava and Jackson stood facing each other as they both have smiles on their face as the marriage officiant begins.

"I believe Jackson and Ava have both prepared their own vows." The officiant says to them as Jackson goes first as he holds Ava's hand smiling wider at her.
"Ava Shepherd I love how strong,kind and fierce you are. I even love how stubborn you can be. I love everything about you even the things I hate like when one of us is working and the other isn't and you call me on your night shift at 2 in the morning to tell me how much you love me. You have been my very best friend through the good and the bad. You have been the reason that I smile and you have given me comfort beyond measure when I'm sad. You have believed in me when no else has and have shown me how to love wit passion, purity and unconditional acceptance. I promise to always be by your side even through our stormy days. To laugh with you and cry with you. To believe in you and support you in anything you desire. To tell you I love you everyday you'll forever be the best part of my day." Jackson reads out to her as Ava has tears streaming down her cheeks as Jackson wipes her eyes as she mouths I love you.
"Ava?"the officiant says as Ava nods her head.
"I love you because you are caring, dependable and very handsome. You are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could have ever imagined and more loved than I though possible. You make me unbelievably proud. I vow to listen to you and learn from you. I vow to laugh with you and cry with you. When you came into my life, I realised that what I had always thought was happiness couldn't compare to the joy loving you has brought me. You are part of everything I think,do and feel and with you by my side, I believe that anything is possible. I will support you and comfort you,through life's joys and sorrows. I will encourage you, inspire you and always stand by your side. I love you and I will be all the days of our lives." Ava says to him as his eyes glaze over as more tears run down her cheek.
Jackson smiles at Ava as they listen to marriage officiant. "Do you Jackson take Ava to be your wedded wife.Do you promise to love her,comfort her,honour and keep her in sickness and in health and to remain faithful to her as long as you both shall live?" The officiant asks Jackson as he doesn't take his eyes off of Ava.
"I do." He smiles as his eyes light up as he sees Ava's smile grow.
"Do you Ava take Jackson to be your wedded Husband.Do you promise to love her,comfort her,honour and keep her in sickness and in health and to remain faithful to her as long as you both shall live?" The officiant asks as she turns to Ava.
"I do." Ava says simply as she squeezes Jackson hand.
"I give you this ring as a sign of our love for and commitment to each other. I promise to support you, care for you, and stand alongside you for all of our days." Jackson says as he places the rings on Ava's finger.
"I give you this ring as a sign of our love for and commitment to each other. I promise to support you, care for you, and stand alongside you for all of our days." Ava says as she places the ring on Jackson's finger.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."The officiant says as everyone begins clapping as Jackson pulls Ava into a kiss as she smiles at him as Alex whistles beside them as they laugh.

Ava was talking to Amelia as they heard Alex getting everyone's attention as Ava turned to him.
"Usually I'd be about to make a speech but we have a better idea by we I mean April. We don't want to bore you with how perfect you are for each other or how perfect they are and to embarrass you both. Instead we have a book and we've got everyone to write a message for you to keep. But for now and with lots of help from their moms watch this video." Alex says as he plays a video as pictures and videos of Jackson and Ava from they were children to their relationship.
Ava laughs as a video of her when she was about 6 comes up as she chases around a young Mark and Derek with her chocolate hands as they made a cake.

Ava rest her head against Jackson's chest as they danced to the music as it was their first dance as a married couple.
"This stills seem so surreal." Jackson mumbles to only Ava hears him as she looks up at him.
"It does but today couldn't be more perfect being here with you that's perfect." Ava says as she leans up and kisses him as he kisses her back.
They continue to dance for a while as Jackson dances with his mom as Ava dances with Derek.
"So how you feeling now your married?" Derek says as he dances with his little sister.
"I'm on cloud 9." Ava chuckles as Derek shakes his head laughing.
"Those videos were funny it seems like only yesterday I was chasing you round the park when it snowed or you were getting mad at mark for eating your cookies you made. Now your married and I'm going to be a dad again." Derek says not realising till after he said as Ava looks up at him smiling.
"You and mer are having a baby?" Ava says.
"Yes buts it really early and I shouldn't have said anything." Derek says with a guilty look on his face.
"Your secret is safe with me congratulations." Ava says hugging her brother as he hugs her back.
