"Seriously?! You're taking me here" I said, annoyed at him

"Bakit? May masama ba dito?" he asked, confused by the way I reacted

"This is a fastfood restaurant, Mr. President"

Annoyed at how he brought me in a fast food chain, I turned my back on him but then he suddenly held by elbow

"Where are you going? I said I'll treat you, right?"

I rolled my eyes at him.

"You'll treat me what? From a fast food restaurant? Are you serious?"I said

His confuse look made me more annoyed. He'll treat me to say sorry but seriously in a fast food chain?!

"What's wrong with fast food? It's good"he said and I just eyed him. He lowered his head so I feel guilty about it, "And I can only afford this. I still can't take you to a fancy restau"

Now I feel more guilty. I sighed and just entered the restau and he immediately followed me. He went to the cashier to order while I am waiting for him, sitting in a table just near the entrance.

He put the foods he ordered in the table and sat across of me. I have never eaten foods from a fast food restau before. This is my first time. When I took a bite from it, I could say it's delicious. When I took a bite from the fries I looked at him. It taste delicious!

"Why are looking at me like that? It taste good right?" he said with a smirk plastered in his face

I rolled my eyes at him and continued eating the fries he bought for me. I didn't even notice the smile on my face.

Binuka ko ang mga mata ko at tulalang tumitig  sa kisame. Another memory. I regained another memory from my past. Is it because of what happened yesterday?

Sinapo ko ang mukha ko at pilit na kinakalma ang sarili ko. Nakakaramdam na naman ako ng pangamba habang mas lumalapit ako sa pagtuklas ng nakaraan ko. Hindi ko alam at hindi ko maintindihan kung para saan ang pangambang nararamdaman ko.

I should probably tell Lexie about this.  Lexie is my adviser and my doctor about the amnesia that I have. Siya ang unang tumingin sa akin noong nasa hospital palang ako dito sa Pilipinas. Hanggang sa states ay siya lang ang hinayaan kong maging doctor ko. I called her number to tell her that I'm coming to her clinic.

"Xia, I just have a feeling ealier that you'll call me today and you really did!"excited niyang bungad sa akin ngayon

Tahimik lang akong napangiti ngayon habang nakikinig sa kaniya.

"So.. I think it's about time you tell me how much your progress is after landing here?" she asked

Pakiramdam ko ay may hula na siyang may naalala na ako simula noong paglapag ko dito. Hinihintay niya lang na ako ang magsabi sa kaniya.

"I'll tell you later when I go there"

"Then...I'll wait for you here"

Pinatay ko na ang tawag at agad na naghanda para bumisita sa clinic ni Lexie. Tumulak ako ng maaga dahil may event pa akong aattendan mamayang hapon. Aattend pa ako ng fashion show ni Lara dahil inivite niya ako. Lara is a famous designer here in the Philippines kaya hindi na ako tumanggi pa

Pagkadating ko sa clinic ni Lexie ay tinanong ko pa sa front desk ang office niya na agad naman tinuro noong nurse niya doon. Kumatok ako tsaka pumasok sa loob.

Sinalubong agad ako ni Lexie ng ngiti at mahigpit na yakap.

"You still look so stunning! The last time I saw you in California you already look mesmerizing now you glow more!"
