Ilang oras na akong nakatitig sa kisame nitong kwarto ko. Ilang weeks na din akong nag-iisip sa mga bagay na may kinalaman kay Axel. I tried searching for his name on the internet pero mga achievements niya lang ang lumalabas at nothing personal

I sigh. This will get me nowhere.

The past few weeks ay inaalam ko ang tungkol sa nakaraan ni Axel. If I have a lead I might know something that will help me. Of course, it was still a suspicion on my part. I'm still not sure if he really is connected to my past but my gut feeling is telling me that he is so I proceed to investegating him but unfortunate found nothing helpful.

My phone suddenly ring.

From:Freya

I'm outside your condo. Surprise!

Nang mabasa ko yun ay dali-dali akong tumayo at binuksan ang pintuan. Andoon nga siya kaya ganon nalang ang saya ko na binisita niya ako. This past few weeks ay naging busy din siya sa hindi ko malamang dahilan. Lagi siyang wala. Mukhang trabaho yata

Pinapasok ko siya at nagsimula na siyang buksan ang mga snacks na binili niya. Tumabi ako sa kaniya at nakikain din habang binubuksan ko ang TV para naman may panoorin kami.

"By the way, hind ba may crush ka kay Axel?"she suddenly asked

Nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi niya at nabulunan ako sa kinain ko dahil doon

"Huh?!"

"Hindi ba? You look like you like him!"she teased me again

Agad akong umiling dahil sa sinabi niya, "No!"

She narrowed her eyes. "Weh?"

"Hindi nga!"

She smirked after I yelled that. " Okay. May sasabihin pa naman akong tungkol sa kaniya, huwag nalang pala"

Bigla akong natigilan dahil doon. Right! They're co-workers! She must know something personal about Axel! Kahit konti lang! I could get something from Freya.

Tinignan niya ulit ako at tumawa dahil nakita niya yata ang reaksiyon ko dahil sa sinabi niya.

"I didn't know you're like this when you like someone! You're like a highschool girl!" she said and laughed hysterically again

I glared at her.

"Well...apparantely talagang may hinihintay yata talaga yang si Engineer Axel kaya mukhang maliit chance mo"

Nanliit ang mata ko dahil doon. Maliit ang chance? I find that so insulting! I am Fauzia! How can I have a slim chance on a man?

"Don't get me wrong. You're everything that a man would want pero mukhang mahal na mahal niya talaga yung babaeng 'yon eh" she said and I don't know why she looks like she actually sympathize my unrequited feelings for him

I rolled my eyes at her. I don't care. It's not like I like him anyways. Who cares if he's waiting for someone? I don't care..

"Tsaka...mukhang nakabalik na daw yung hinihintay niya" she shrugged

I stayed silent after she said those words. Ah. So maybe that's why we never saw eachother again. Maybe that's why he became so busy. Kahit na coincidence lang naman yung pagkikita namin noon, there's part of me hoping that it was not. At may mga times din naman na nagkikita kami sa gym nitong tower pero napansin ko din these past few days na hindi na siya napapadpad. Maybe he's busy with her.

"Why are you even telling me this? I told you, I don't like him"I said pagkatapos kong makabawi sa mga iniisip ko

Freya just laughed it off. I shouldn't be thinking about this. Yes, I shouldn't. Wala akong pakealam sa mga babae sa buhay niya. I need information
