It was like a switch in your brain.

He could tell something... shifted. It felt like he was internally punched in the gut, as if someone had a death grip on his stomach. Like he was about to lose something for a long time, or someone...

Hold on.

"Y-Y/N."

No response from you.

"Y/N?"

No response from you.

"You don't have your headphones on so I know you can-"

All of a sudden you were gaining speed, running away from him without a sweat. Not acknowledging anything he was saying, not even looking back at him, just...

Leaving him behind.

You were fine earlier, talkative and interactive and happy. You were just fine a moment ago, so what happened in the span of 20 minutes?

Did I do something wrong? Did I say something I shouldn't have? What did I...

Calm down, maybe she truly didn't hear you and was in the zone. Maybe after this run I could ask her or make sure she's not purposely ignoring me.

So you both ran in silence, basically out of ear shot from him due to the distance. He was panting by the end of the run while you were simply standing there drinking your water, as the sun glistened behind you. Your halo was shining softly as it floated atop your head, and your features were smoothly lit as a result of the sun's rays.

You were basically glowing.

Izuku was thankful for the run, it made his blush look like it was a result of the exercise rather than his own emotions flushing his freckled face. He smacked them once with his hands as if trying to smack out the emotions from his heart.

Snap out of it Izuku.

"Alright you two, I want you both to fight each other again. Y/N I want you to give it all you've got against young Midoriya, it seems as if fighting an actual enemy makes him use OFA without fully breaking his bones."

"So give him all you've got."

You glare back at Izuku, your eyes firing up with power and energy and intimidation towards his shy and confused ones. You looked him up and down without a word, turning away to put your water bottle away in silence. He expected you to take off your jacket for the fight training but you didn't, which he was puzzled by.

"Hey um.. I suggest taking off your jacket since were probably going to be sweating a lot today and-"

"I don't need your damn advice, I will do what I want." You harshly interrupted.

"And besides, if I'm giving it my all today like All Might wants, I won't even be sweating enough to take the jacket off."

Izuku gulped, biting his lip at your tone.

What?

What happened in the span of two days? In the span of 20 minutes?

"Stop worrying so much, nothing happened. Let's just start already and finish this quickly."

I keep forgetting that she can feel my emotions, she knows what my feelings are yet doesn't say anything? Doesn't confirm or deny them?

"It's because they're not my emotions to confirm nor deny, it's not my business." You say, reading his mind and this point.
