Izuku POV

Hey....

...

Izuku?...

Izuku, hey.....

...

Izuku, wake up

"Wake up."

Izuku's eyes snapped open in a panic, quickly scanning where he was as well as his surroundings.

He was laying on his back, feeling the texture and scent of grass all around him. A warm and gentle breeze of summer air played with the tips of his hair, as it flowed with the wind. Izuku slowly got up from his laying position, finally able to process where he was, to an extent. He noticed that he was in some sort of valley, as rows and rows of gold and green flowers spread as far as he could see.

"Good, you're awake." A voice sighed gently.

The voice startled Izuku, as he whipped his head to his right to see none other than you right beside him, however with some slightly different qualities.

Your hair was in a different style than it usually is, and your eyes were wider and more awake, as if you had much more energy than normal. You overall you looked.... Calm. You didn't look as stressed or as exhausted or constantly on edge with everything and everyone you interact with, you looked at Izuku with wonder...

...And naivety.

It was you, but not. Not the Y/N Izuku was used to, not the Y/N Izuku cared for.

"I was getting nervous, seeing you lie there asleep. I was worried we wouldn't be able to talk at all." You say calmly, the faintest smile appearing on your lips, beginning to slowly inch your hand closer to his.

This movement along with your words resulted in Izuku to get confused. His cheeks flushed at your hand gently touching his as he spoke to his puzzlement.

"Ummm, uh, w- where are we? I don't recognize this place at all." Izuku asks, looking towards the horizon towards him.

"This is the place your brain thought would make you most at peace while talking to me. I've got to admit, it's quite breathtaking." You answer, looking forward alongside Izuku, your beautiful h/c hair lacing with the warm breeze.

"Wait, huh? You mean all of this is in my head?"

You nod, looking back at Izuku intently. You two met eyes and Izuku couldn't help but adore the innocence your eyes held, as if they have never witnessed any evil in their life, they were angelic to look at.

Which only unnerved Izuku further about the entire situation.

"You're dreaming right now, if it wasn't clear already." You state flatly, as if it was obvious to Izuku that all of this was a hallucination his mind came up with.

Izuku sighs deeply, slowly being self aware of the dream-like state he was in, able to finally recognize that none of it was real. Even though this information calmed Izuku's nerves a bit, it made him in turn long for this dream to be a reality, sitting alone with you in a flower field of roses and tulips.

"Oh, so all of this is just a dream?" Izuku asks with a small frown, looking towards you.

"Yep, you could do whatever you want here technically. But I do have one teeny tiny request before you do anyhting." You say, leaning your head on Izuku's shoulder without warning, resulting in the boy to flinch in the sudden contact.
