When the three of them got to the office, they all sat down and Mix did his best to explain things. Guardian, claiming to have come from another world. Another him, also from another world and wanting to kill him, as well as his pink haired.. child..? He wasn't really sure who that was. As well as the creature from before, and how it was probably created by the other him.
When he finished, no one was really sure what to say.
Ty: That's.. a lot to take in.
Uiharu: Yeah.. and kinda hard to believe to be honest..
Misaka: I believe it.
Mix: You do?
Mix looked surprised at Misaka, who had been here when they arrived for some reason.
Misaka: Sure. I mean it's not the strangest thing I've ever heard. Why shouldn't I?
Shirai: She does have a point. We've all seen lots of unexplainable or just weird stuff, right?
Everyone nodded.
Ty: When you put it like that, then yeah. I guess it's a little easier to believe.
Mix: Well that's a relief.. For a minute there I thought you were all gonna think I was crazy.
Konori: Any other group of people probably would've thought you are.
Misaka: Hehe, true. You're lucky we're a strange group of people.
Mix: True. Thank you, for believing me.
Mix smiled at the group, but there was still more to discuss.
Ty: So what do we do now? You two beat that thing, but the other Mix is still out there.
Mix: He'll definitely show himself again. Guardian made it clear my death is all he's after. He won't leave without it..
Uiharu: As well as that, Endeavor and the police took that creature to a research facility, so we should know more about it soon.
Mix: That's good. But what if it turns out to be some sort of copy of me or something? Will they match it up to me and come for me?
Konori: I doubt it. They shouldn't have any data on you to compare it to. Actually though,
Konori got up and plucked a hair off Mix's head.
Mix: Ow!
Konori: When they send the data back to us about the creature, I'll compare it to your DNA and see what I get. That should tell us if it came from the other you.
Mix: Thanks, Konori. Could've told me you were gonna do that though.
Konori: Where's the fun in that though?
She smirks, then walks off to get back to work.
Ty: I guess now that that's all been discussed we can head back to UA now, right?
Mix: Actually no. We all have plans.. sorry about that.
Uiharu: Mhmm. We were all gonna check out a new food stand that opened up.
Mix: Yep! It sells pancakes and waffles, all day! Nothing has ever sounded so great and so controversial.
Misaka: About that.. I kinda need Shirai's help with something back at school instead.. Is it okay if we don't come along?
Uiharu: Oh. Yeah, sure. That's okay. Guess it'll just be me Mix and Saten then.
Ty: Saten?
Uiharu: Oh, she's a classmate of mine that's coming too. You and Mix haven't met her before.
Ty: Ah, okay. I've technically got stuff I've gotta do back at UA too, so I won't ask to tag along. Have fun you two.
Mix: Will do. See ya later.
Ty: Cya
The five students then all left the 177th branch. Ty Shirai and Misaka off to go do some school stuff, and Mix and Uiharu off to have breakfast in the middle of the afternoon.
