This next event actually happens before the first. Early in the morning, around 3am. Steve was roaming the city through the alleyways, smashing trash cans as he went. He didn't have a plan yet, as he was too busy being frustrated with the fools who had summoned him.
Steve: Those idiots seriously wanted me to fight the Guardians? They think that they can beat the Guardians? They're crazy!
He kicks a trash can into the wall, smashing it.
Steve: Not to mention that damn kid who summoned me. I won't take orders from a kid!
He went to kick another can, but suddenly jumped back instead, dodging something shoot through where he'd been standing. It landed at the end of the alleyway by the street, then stood and turned towards him. It was another kid.
Steve: What the hell..?
She looked young. Definitely younger than Milim, but maybe the same age as that machine gun girl? She had short blue hair, a blue dress on, and was holding two katanas. Her eyes were glowing an eerie red.

Girl: Hey. Stay still so I can cut you.
Steve: The hell..? Clearly you didn't hear what I was just saying, kid. I'm not taking orders from you!
He was about to charge towards her, but stopped after hearing a second voice. This one behind him, deeper in the alleyway.
???: Kohina, we've been over this. No cutting until we see if he'll help us.
The girl, Kohina, pouted as if this was a typical thing.
Kohina: You're no fun, papa..
Steve turned to face the second figure, but they were concealed in the darkness of the alleyway. All he could see was two curved glowing eyes.
Steve: And who are you supposed to be?
Man: I'm someone looking for a bit of a team up. It would be in your best interest to accept.
Steve: Accept an invitation to do god knows what with a stranger and his psycho daughter? I think I'll pass.
Man: Oh but you miss understand me! We have the same interests.
Steve: What's that supposed to mean?
Man: It's quite simple.
The man stepped forward out of the darkness.
