EM and Milim stood on the rooftop of a research building, looking down on the chaos the Terrors were causing.
EM: Just think, Milim. These Terrors are all over the entire city! No one should get between us and this world's me now.
Milim: Mhmm! I'm just glad to be out of that lab! It was spooky down there.
EM: I take it that's why you wanted to stop up here for a moment then? To celebrate returning to the surface?
Milim: A little.
She turns and looks up at EM.
Milim: I also just really wanted to be with you for a moment. We don't always need to be causing destruction. Hehe.. it doesn't sound like me, but sometimes I just want a peaceful moment with you.
She smiles, a sight that always manages to melt EM's dark heart.
EM: Heh.. of course.
He smiles, then pulls her into a hug.
EM: It's not really something I'm great at, my love.. showing affection, I mean. However.. I love you. I'm glad we can have a moment like this.
Milim: I'm glad too, dear.
She closes her eyes and gladly feels her husband's embrace.
EM: I hope that somewhere, in another universe, we live together happily. Free of constant fighting and destruction. As much as I can't imagine a life like that.. I'm sure it would be nice, with you.
Milim looks up at him, still being held in his arms.
Milim: I hope so too. That sounds amazing.
She smiles as EM plants a kiss on her forehead. He then looks up to the sky, as if suddenly distracted.
Milim: Hm? EM..? What is it?
EM: The other me. As well as the Guardian. They're coming to us.
Milim: That's great! Saves us the trip!
EM: Yes, but we won't have the upper hand if we're not the ones attacking. We need a new plan.
Milim: Please don't say it..
EM: We should go back underground. The tunnels are all still filled with Terrors, and we know the way around while they don't. It'll give us the upper hand.
Milim: Dang iiiiit! I don't wanna go back down there!
She grabs onto him and pouts, not wanting to return to the creepy underground maze of the cloning facility.

EM: I promise it won't be creepy this time, ok? We can spend some more time together while we wait for them to get here.
Milim: Really? Yay!
She suddenly went back to happy and jumped for joy.
EM: Hehe, come on Milim. Let's get back down there.
Milim: Alright. Let's go!
She grabbed EM's hand and smiled once again as they went back inside to return to the underground.
Milim thinking: He's always so serious and mean.. but when he's with me, he's really sweet. Or he tries his best to be, at least. That's what I love about him. It's why I'll give it my all to fight with him. That, and a good battle is so much fun!!
