"I didn't do that, that wasn't me."

Zel thought about that sentence a lot, it kept him from sleeping. That meant something because he was staying in the most beautiful room he had ever seen. He had a theory of who else it could've been, but that it. No facts, just a terrifying thought.

He never actually met him, T. It all started when he snuck out of the base once, without father's permission. Bad things happen when you don't listen, but he needed some air, just this once. It was exhausting to be at alius. Of course he loved his father then, he was his savior. But as hard as Zel tried, one day he couldn't take it anymore. And so he slipped away and used his black football to transport him to Fujinomiya. It was the greatest night of his life since the orphanage. There was a parade and a pretty girl winked at him. He smiled at the thought of it. Sometimes he wondered if that girl remembered him, if she recognized the alien he had become.

but somebody saw him. He didn't know who, but there was a picture on his bed the next evening.

Well that's not very smart, is it? -T

He shuddered at the thought of that day. That morning he received another letter, a threat to expose him to his father. He couldn't let that happen. And so he started to do what was asked of him. It was rather selfish, now that he thought of it. But all he had to do was sneak around a high school from time to time to observe a girl and report to this so-called T, who made sure that father wouldn't find out about his little trips. She was supposed to be dangerous, and T didn't want to make father worry since he had so many important things to do. He stupidly believed the story until the time he had to visit her. She was so frightened, after that day he promised not to help the mysterious man anymore. But that idea didn't sit well with the stalker. The day after, father's assistant came to get him, the Skull as everyone always called him. He somehow found out about his night journey, so he was sent to that same awful place. It didn't even last two hours before he got out, father wanted him to train. Sometimes he wondered if father even knew about the punishment, or if Skull was the only one. He did get one last message.

We'll meet one day, I promise you that. You may mistake me for someone else, but I will know. -T

But Zel wasn't impressed. It was a couple of weeks before Alius started to attack, and he was going to be powerful and feared. So, once the alien plan started, he never looked back.

And now they'd mistaken someone for Jordan, was there a chance that he was T?  Maybe he overreacted.

The former alien sat up and turned his night light on. He had to tell someone about it, even if it was just a theory. Bur the only person he could think of was Dvalin. Or maybe he should call him Dave again? Zel didn't know, it was all so confusing.

I paced around the hospital room. Jordan was hurt, and it was my fault. I wanted to make him talk, and when he tried to, he got kidnapped. Now he was all alone with a doctor to make an x-ray. I hit a vending machine in frustration, and everyone in the ER stared at me.

"What was that for?" Nathan asked amused.

"The stupid doctors with their stupid stethoscopes and stupid clipboards won't let me be with him." At that moment a nurse approached us.

"You're here for Jordan Greenway, right?" We all nodded. "I'm nurse June. We're going to perform surgery." I spat out my hospital hot chocolate.

"Excuse me, what?" She smiled at me with a pitiful look. "It's nothing life-threatening. Sometimes when a hip is dislocated, small bony fragments block the bone from going back to where it belongs. Those fragments need to be removed." I sighed relieved.
