This chapter is a little shorter then others, but I deleted a few unnecessary sentences bc they were just weird.

P.o.v Rhona
'Five seconds,' Nathan said. I tilted my head, not getting what he meant. 'That is a long time for passing over a hairtie.' He smirked. 'You'd almost say that you have a crush on him.' I turned around to see the boy waving panicking with his hands, trying to convince Jude for something. His sharp black eyes standing desperate, the green bangs moving on his forhead. I smiled, Nathan was right, that boy was way too cute. I remembered the day that he touched my face, it haunted me for a long time, and still does sometimes. In a good way though. And then there was his Janus behaviour. Yes, I liked it a lot, but not as much as Jordan. His lively smile, sparkling eyes and still the proverbs. I basically adored him. 'You can't blame me.'
'Okay, let's find that basis!' Mark yelled. I nodded, it was time. Time to find Epsilon and Gemini Storm's other players. 'Ehm,' Jordan mumbled when everyone else walked to a different direction, 'Shall we look together?' I chuckled. 'Sure.' We walked around the child area in silence. After a while I caught Jordan staring at the ground with a blue expression. 'Hey, why so sad?' He turned back to me. 'I'm not sad, what makes you think that,' he stammered. 'Dear alien, I can tell when someone's not happy.' His eyes became big, and so did his depressed expression. It was a dumb action of me, calling him alien. 'Sorry, you don't have to tell me anything if you don't want to.' He smiled, but for some reason his eyes didn't. 'I don't we're going to find anything here, let's go back,' he murmured. What was going on in his mind, what was he thinking about? I had to cheer him up, comfort him and without thinking I linked our arms. 'C'mon hun, I'm going to buy us some cotton candy.'
Once we were at the candy stand my phone buzzed. An uncomfortable feeling creeped up my neck, would it be him? It was an anonymous phone call. With a shaking hand I pressed the green button, the nerves made me want to vomit. 'Hello, who is t-'
'WHAT DID I TELL YOU NOT TO DO?' I frowned. 'Mom?' I had an unnecessary heart attack, damnit. 'WELL? WHAT WAS IT?' I sighed. 'I wasn't allowed to take my bow and arrow with me.' A male voice and some screams from my mother followed, it was probably dad telling her not to overreact. 'AND WHAT DID YOU DO?' This was so fucking annoying. 'I took my bow and arrow with me.' Jordan snickered next to me. 'I have to go, bye bye.' Without waiting for an answer I ended the call. 'That was not funny.'
'Yes it was.'
'Shut up.' I again heard my phone and irritated I got it. It was a text now. The problem was that my parents don't send texts.
I never liked cotton candy, popcorn is so much better, don't you agree? -T
I handed over my phone to Jordan, T had failed incredibly, his scary image fell down and down. 'COTTON CANDY IS THE BEST!' he hysterically screamed, ignoring the weird looks he got. 'Shush, you're scaring the children,' I chuckled. 'I am not.' Then we heard a cry. 'S-scary man,' a toddler yammered, and pointed in our direction. Now all the moms glared angry at us. I nodded to Jordan, and we ran away as fast as we could.
Behind the haunted house we stopped. I let myself fall on the ground while panting, I really had to work on my condition. 'So, if the guys are going to ask what we've done, will we say that we ran away from a toddler and some moms, or some undercover female maffia women?' I asked Jordan. He just looked down at me with an adorable laugh, waiting for me to stand up.
Then I let my fingertips brushing his hand, I had to try it. I looked at the person standing next to me, who gazed in the distance. I was certain he was aware of this. His soft skin against mine spread hot tingles through my whole arm. I let one finger slid between his taller ones. Then another one and another one, until his palm pressed against mine. I got another message and took my phone with my other hand, not wanting to let go.
Don't touch that motherfucker anymore. -T
I gritted my teeth and showed Jordan the message. 'A jealous stalker, how cute,' he sarcasticly spoke and dropped his hand. We both scanned the area, but there were no people except some lost children. 'I don't get it,' he said, 'why is he so obsessed with you?' Then his black, shiny eyes looked into mine. There was something about that gaze that enchanted me, so kind, soft. His little but rare smile appeared and then he shook his head. 'You know what, nevermind.'
