Ughh, I'm 10 chapters behind schedule :c

I planned on writing chapter 40 by now, but just started with 31. I do have the ideas for each chapter and of course the end of the story, but I just don't have the time.

It was weird. It was incredibly weird to have Janus around. First of all there was his personality. Yes, he did behave like the alien sometimes, but it was creepy how adorable he turned out to be. He reminded me a bit of Mark, Nathan and Jack. Energetic, shy, weird sense of humor, easily scared by little things like spiders and creepy sounds in the dark.

'Okay, we need to get some groceries but Nelly, Celia and I are busy.' Sylvia glanced at us with a meaningful look in her eyes. Nathan turned his head to Jude who did the same to Tori, that did the same. Eventually Jack, Janus and I were chosen for the awful task. 'Okay, here you have the list and some money, make yourself useful.'

I dragged myself outside with two carves around me, the temperature was killing me. Jack wore two coats and Janus a black hoodie, that basically covered his whole face. 'I can't be recognized, the cops are looking for me until Lina says I'm with the team. Besides, I would only scare people.' Jack tried to laugh. 'What do you mean, you aren't scary at all. I trusted you since the moment you woke up.' He giggled. 'I'm sure you did.' I observed the two. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if they became friends, despite the fear Jack had. We stood in front of three paths. 'Ehm, where exactly is the store?'

'The map says that we have to go to the left, next to the forest.' I sighed. 'Janus there is no forest, the forest is on the right.' Jack pointed at the map. 'It also says there is a river between the first and second path, but there's only a river next to the third one.' I pulled the map out of Janus' hand. They were right, this didn't make sense at all. 'Let's just follow the middle,' I suggested, and handed over the map to Jack. An hour and a half later we still didn't see a town. 'Ehm Rhona,' Jack said. 'Yes?' I could barely speak, my teeth were shattering. 'We held it upside down.'

Finally we were there. Tingles spread through my whole body that finally got warm. 'So, a supermarket,' Janus mumbled. He pointed at a box. 'Why do they sell balls here?' I frowned, his alienness could be quite dumb. 'To attract clients,' I mumbled. I got the list out of my pocket. 'Okay, two boxes of-'

I heard a strange noise and turned around to see Jack running around with a shopping cart with Janus in it, probably trying to find the candy. What the hell were they thinking, I wanted to be in the shopping cart as well! 'Okay Jack, go around the shelves!' He drove the car and started slaloming in the aisles. I got totally ignored. Then I heard someone whistle. I turned around to see five boys that had an arrogant vibe. 'Why is such a sexy girl hanging around with those losers?' I raised my brow, idiots. 'They're my friends and if you ever call me sexy again I will rip off your head.' The boys cackled, but they weren't worth my attention so I turned around. Then I felt a slap on my butt. My anger was boiling up, oh those boys should've ran away. My eyes fell on the reck with balls, and I got one. 'You know, instead of me throwing a knife in your throat, maybe we should fight this out in another way,' I dared. The boy smirked. 'Alright then.' I giggled. 'You and your stupid friends against mine,' I said and headed to the parking lot. 'But you guys are with three!' I twisted my hair around my finger. 'Well observed.'

'What have you done?' The boys shook their heads. 'Come on, they're with five but have no experience with soccer. They didn't even recognize you.' Jack smiled. 'A game, that's nice before we will drive, last time it took two days.' I nodded. 'And Janus, get out of that cart. Now.'

'Well well, there they are,' one of the guys taunted. he had red painted hair and was extremely tall. 'You were right, these dudes are disgusting,' Janus mumbled. I smiled. 'Yes, and before we start I want to tell you something. They slapped me on my ass.' There was steam coming out of Jack his ears. 'We will defeat them! How dare they?' Janus just clenched his fists.

Right before the start Chester jumped out of someones shopping bag. 'AAAAND here I am again, reporting an amateur game between Rhona, Jack and Janus-' My eyes widened. 'Chester you can't say that name,' I hissed. 'I'm sorry audience, I mean Jonas, and five scary men.' I shook my head, weird as ever. 'Okay then, here we go.' Janus was the forward player, and stood across from the ass slapper. 'Who are you anyway, and why aren't you taking off your hoodie?' He chuckled. 'I believe that here on earth they have a saying, what goes around comes around. Come on guys, let's practice for this enerving game,' he said with an overdosis sarcasm. Jack nodded. 'Maybe they run away before it starts.' I shot the ball to Jack, who stopped it easily. Then he dribbled forward before shooting it to Janus. He jumped high into the air and shot it back to Jack, who did his Wall. Then it was my turn. I headed to the goal and prepared for Maleficent. The aura around the ball got black and as usual the face and voice appeared. 'Once upon a dr-.' But then a strange thing happened. Janus ran to the ball and made some kind of tornado. When it dissapeared he shot it to the other half of the parking lot. 'Wow Janus, that was amazing!' Jack shouted happily. He smirked. 'If you have reached your worst achievement, you can only get better.' I observed the boy, he was definitely something special. 'Hey where are the punks?' I inspected the area, but they were gone. 'Ooh what a dissapointment. No game will be played today!' Chester screamed, looking a bit sad. Poor guy.

'Okay, spinach.' As soon as I read it I heard Jack sigh. 'Avocado, cucumber and low-fat yoghurt. What the actual fuck.' Janus frowned. 'Well that explains your depressed reaction when it was dinner time.' Jack stared at us. 'Rhona what is he talking about?' Janus looked at me, then to Jack, to me again and facepalmed. 'Of course, why should you tell Joe about what happened in the second meeting.'

'That's not my n-'

'Don't worry Jackie, it was the same as the last time, though I may or may not have played with him.' I heard a cough. 'She lost.' Jack blinked two times. 'Okay.' a weight fell off my shoulders. 'But I only say this because Janus is less scary then expected.' Janus giggled. 'Hey, the pizzas are discounted.' And that's how we got home with a bag full of pizzas and candy, and there was a teeny tiny chance that we used fortheen thousand Yen.

'What on earth is this?' Celia asked furious. I couldn't help it, my bitchy face had come out. 'Oh I'm sorry, we have been eating green stuff for a week now, we need sugar. Sometimes in the night I am so fucking hungry, so just let us eat this.'

'A lovely speech from a lovely person,' Janus muttered underneath his breath, a little sarcastic. 'I heard that,' I whispered. 'Thank you hun.' And that was the first time I really questioned my feelings about him.
