Chapter 21: Not Again

Its been 5 months since i lost Emma. Ive been depressed at times but whenever i look at the vase, i get happy. Today me, gray, mel, and eth are going to one of Graysons friends party. I wanted to go and get things off my mind so i wanted to dress cute (as shown above). I called Melanie to tell her to pick me and the dolans up. "Hey girly!" Mel said. "Hey bae. Imma be done in 5 minutes so pick me and the dolans up" i said. "Kk, see you in a few. Love ya" she said with a giggle. "Bye" i said back. About 5 minutes went by and i heard a horn beep outside. I saw Melanie in the drivers seat, Ethan in the passenger seat and Grayson in the back. I sat next to gray and we were on our way. We stopped infront of a big house and when we went inside, the music was blasting. We walked in and had a couple of drinks. I only had gingerale and Ethan only had pepsi, just in case gray or mel get drunk. As me and ethan start to talk, we looked around and couldnt find Melanie or Grayson. We checked in the basement, not there. We checked outside, not there. We checked in the bathroom, not there. The only place we didn't check was the bedroom. As i started to open the door slowly, Melanie came from behind me. "Where were you?" I said in a whisper. "I was in the kitchen" she said. "Wheres Grayson" she asked. She saw me holding the door knob and she looked at Ethan. Melanie opened the door and gasped. Ethan walked into the room and also gasped. "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!!!" Ethan yelled. "Grayson" i said with a crack in my voice as a tear fell down. "What the fuck would you do this to Shelly" Melanie said hugging me. "How dare you" Ethan said also hugging me. I slid down the wall and cried into my knees. I looked up and saw a bra-less blonde girl and grayson with no pants and no shirt. "Shelly" Melanie whispered in my ear. "Look, im not drunk. This is my ex Chloe and i just needed some time off of how depressed you are. I cant take it anymore so i tried with Chloe" Grayson said putting on his pants. "Grayson, she just lost her baby and now your going around fucking ex girlfriends. You purposed to her while she was in a hospital from being beaten" Ethan said. "Guys, its fine. Im gonna walk home" i saw walking out the door. "Oh and Grayson, keep this. I dont want anything to deal with you right now" i say throwing the ring at him. "You know what Shelly, i dont care anymore. Just go home and cut yourself and just die in a hole" Grayson said. He got down on one knee and said "Chloe, will you marry me" "oh my god grayson, yes!!" Chloe said. "Your fucked up grayson you know that!!!" Melanie said. I ran out the door and sat on the sidewalk crying to the point i cant breathe. Melanie and Ethan ran out the door and drove me home. I sat in the back and looked out the window. We arrived at my house. "Thank you guys. Honestly. For everything. This is probably the last time I'll see you guys" i said hugging them. "We love you shelly. And remember that" Ethan said. "Bye guys" i said and walked into my house. I ran up to the bathroom and did my usual routine. This time i did 8 slashes on both wrists. I cleaned up the blood and went to bed. I deleted all the pictures of me and grayson and burned all the stuff he gave to me. Except for Emma. That was the only gift from grayson i can never burn. "Hey Emma. Im just waiting to go up there with you and grandpa. It just has to take time, you know. Tonight was the worst. Your daddy cheated on me with his ex girlfriend. Yet again im depressed. If you were never here, i wouldve been dead by now. Goodnight Emma, i love you. Always and forever" i said as i kissed the vase and layed it next to me.
