Chapter 23: Apologies

Graysons POV
Yesterday at school, i wanted to apologize to Shelly for everything. As shelly walked into class, i saw purehurt in her eyes. Actually in her whole body. I saw purple bags under her eyes, tissue paper on her wrists and her cheeks were caved in. I was about to talk to her when Chloe grabbed me and pulled me to her. "Let me go. I need to talk to Shelly" i said. I can tell that tickled her because she giggled. I saw shelly looking at us and a tear escaped from her eyes. Her and Melanie were about to go to the bathroom when Chlie said something that hurt me so much. I called Chloe a fat pig and shelly looked back and thought i called her that. 5 minutes went by and the jocks put super glue on her seat. Shelly and Melanie came back and Shelly sat in her seat. Everyone bursted out laughing. Chloe had this idea planned so she tickled me and i ended up laughing. It looked like i was laughing at her, but i wasnt!!! Melanie and Shelly went home and i followed them. I knocked on the door and Melanie opened it.

Melanies POV
Yesterday at school was the worst. Long story short, Shelly got bullied pretty badly. We went home and she cried for hours in her bathroom. There was a knock at the door and when i opened it, Grayson was standing there. I slammed the door and he knocked on it again. I opened the door and had anger in my eyes. "Look i know your pissed off but i need to talk to her" he said. "Im more than pissed off. Shelly is one of my best friends and like my sister" i said with tears coming out of ny eyes. "I know..i know. Im so fucking stupid. Just let me talk to her" he saidon his knees begging. "She's upstairs in her bathroom. She's been crying for hours. Whatever you do, dont bring anything up that will make her depressed" i said. "Ok" he said halfway up the stairs.

Graysons POV
As i walked into Shelly's room, i saw her in her bathtub with tissues all over the floor. I saw that she fell asleep from crying. I picked her up and put her on her bed. She woke up and saw me. "Grayson" she whispered. "Baby, im so sorry. I would do anything to go back in time and start over. Please forgive me" i whispered back to her while kissing her head. "Will you cuddle with me" she asked me. "Of course" i said wrapping my arm around her. "Why are you here" she asked. "Im so deeply sorry. Me and Chloe were never together. That whole thing with the party was nothing. She told me to say those things because she was jealous. I didnt mean for any of this to happen. Will you please forgive me and be my wife again. Please...i will die without you" i said with tears in my eyes. "Of course, just promise me you wont do anything to hurt me again" shelly said. "Of course baby, and promise you'll eat and you wont cut yourself. Ok, Pinky promise ne that" i said as i held out my pinky. She grabbed my pinky and said "i pinky promise". We layed down and she asked me in a tired tone "will you stay with me no matter what". I replied with "always and forever" and kissed her head and we fell asleep. 4 hours came by and i checked my snapchat. There was a picture by melanie of me and shelly cuddling and the caption said: everything is back to normal. This made me so happy.
