Chapter 83: News

Im not really liking my job as a vet. I work long hours and i dont get to see Caitlin, Grayson, and Graythan at times. I called my job and told them some interesting news. "This is Danielle. How may i help you" danielle said. "Hey danielle. Its shelly. Can you out Dr A on the phone please" i said. "Hello Shelly. Who aren't you here today?" Dr A said. "Um...well...i wanna quit" i said. "But why. Your the best here" Dr A said. "Its because i dont get to spend time with my family and i miss that. I hope you understand" i said. "Of course i understand. But later on today, i need you to come over to the clinic, i have something for you" she said. "Okay. Bye" i said and hung up. I just quit my job as a vet. For my kids. And my husband. "Babe? Can you bring Grayson and Caitlin down here please? I need to talk to you" I yelled from downstairs. Seconds later, grayson came down with Caitlin in her arms and Grathan running downstairs. "Whats up shelly" gray said. "I called my boss and told her that im quitting" i said. "Thats fantastic" gray said. "What? It is?" I said confused. "Yeah. "Yeah, we havent made those in a long time" grag said. I set up the camera and sat in the middle of Grayson and Graythan. Caitlin was sleeping. "Whats up you guys?! Long time no see! I missed you so much! Im here with my husband Grayson and my son Graythan" i said pointing to both of them. They waved. "So, we will be doing the family tag. I tweeted out some questions you guys want us to answer. Sort of like a Q and A" Grayson said. "Mom, when i get twitter" Graythan asked. "In 4 years babe" i said laughing. "Ok. Question#1, what was it like having another child" i read. "It was hard to be honest. But it was exciting because i had a daughter and a son. And im thankful" i said. "Question#2 What do you think of Graythan as a son" grayson read. Graythan looked at him. "He's like a mini me. He's energizing, affectionate, funny, loving, caring, and actually all my personality traits" grayson said. "Thats me!" graythan said smiling. "Question#3 What do you want to be when you grow up" Graythan read. "I want to be...a superhero! That fights crime and helps people! Like batman, spiderman, and joker!" Graythan said happily. "Question#4 Why did you and shelly get married" grayson read. "Like i said. Love at first sight. I wanted to be with Shelly forever. And i love her. Just everything about her is perfect. Everything she does is perfect" gray said. I leaned in and pecked graysons lips. "Ew mom. Not when I'm here" Graythan said closing his eyes. "Its alright buddy. We're already done" gray said. I was supposed to go to the office to get something from my boss" i said as i put my shoes on and left. When i got to the clinic, i saw Dr A holding a big box. "Here's a little going away present" Dr A said. I opened it and saw baby german shepherd. "Thank you so much Dr A!" I said as i hugged her. "No problem! Go have fun with your family. Your welcome back any time" she said. I drove home with the little puppy in the passenger seat. I opened the door and set box on the kitchen table. "Grayson?! Graythan?! Grayson get Caitlin!" I yelled from downstairs. They came down and sat at the table. "What's in the box" Graythan asked. I opened the box and the German shepherd puppy popped out of the box. "A puppy!" Graythan said as he jumped up and down. "Look Caitlin!" Grayson said pointing to the puppy. "Puppy!" she did clapping her hands. "What should we name him" i said. "How about...Rocky" Graythan said. "I love it. You?" Grayson said. "Definitely" i said. "Welcome to the family Rocky" i said petting our new guard dog.
