Since my attempt I've had a couple relapses, I've been fixing my relationship with my mom which is great. We moved a couple months ago.out of state. I completed High school online for the time.

I decided to take a gap year, so I've been looking for a job in the meantime.

Today I applied to teach a dance class. My mom has been encouraging me to choose JLM. I've been leaning towards the school.

Walking downstairs, I noticed Mrs. Duncan crying, I jogged up to her in concern.

"What's wrong?" I asked seriously as Mrs.Duncan raised her head with a joyful smile.

"I'm pregnant" she sobbed out as I stood there shocked. As far as I know Mrs.Duncan didn't have children. I was happy for her as I embraced her into a deep hug.

"I'm so happy for you"

"Malai, that means.. Your mother will fire me. I will be late a lot. Maternity leave. You know how Lani is" Mrs.Duncan sent me a sad smile. In fact I did know how my mother was.

"I'll talk to her, I promise." I assured Mrs.Duncan. She nodded, wiping her tears.

As I walked into our backyard, I seemed to love this house more than our old one. This one had a pool. Large glass windows. My room had a balcony. And it was in a peaceful place.

Gladly we were able to move all of our staff with us. So that they didn't have to worry Mrs.Duncan lives in our guest house that's down the road with her husband.

Knowing my mothers at work, I jog upstairs and get dressed for my dance class. I still had scars traveling my wrist from my relapse.

I put on a long sleeve bodysuit with my ballet tights and my ballet shoes. Taking my curly hair, I twisted it around for a curly neat bun.

Grabbing my bag, I jogged downstairs getting my car keys. I still have mr. Brown drives me sometimes, but I mostly drive myself. Remembering my mom has an event tomorrow I curse myself for not going dress shopping sooner.

Pulling into the studio parking lot. I grew anxious.

Going inside the studio, I started setting up bars and cubbies. I also bought some fruit snacks, some apples, oranges, and water. Feeling proud, I went over fee's paperwork. I touched up the studio, remembering that I have to hire someone to mop and clean around the studio.

After about thirty minutes the kids started running in. As I stood around waiting for all 20 children.

Once all the children were here I noticed one walked in by herself.

"Okay! It's nice to meet everyone! I'm excited to be your teacher. My name is Miss Scott" I introduced kneeling down to the sitting children.

"HEY MISS SCOTT!" They all yelled, making me smile.
