The newspaper club with William Stansford
***Madison***
"The next day, even more drama. Like...my mum, wouldn't let me watch Pretty Little Liars because she thinks it's a terribly bad influence towards me and she's all like..'You can't watch PLL, it's not good for you. Off to bed with you now.' Like jeez mother. How in the world is PLL a bad influence towards me. Like what the heck?! What in the world is your deal?"
Oh my goodness gracious.
My head's about to explode.
I am currently in homeroom, the students and I awaiting our teacher's arrival.
The cheerleader whose name is Jessica was telling her friends a story.
About how her mum wouldn't let her watch Pretty Little Liars and how that's dramatically wrong and unfair.
How can one human being have so much drama happening in their life EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I just don't get it.
In movies, the main character, where it's their first day in high-school or anywhere. Drama happens EVERY SINGLE FREAKING DAY!!!
It's not true in reality, but here I am witnessing it right now.
What the heck...?!
There can't be so much drama or whatever going on in your everyday, there has to be days where everything is completely normal and boring. Where you do the same routine everyday.
Are you telling me that your life is dramatic everyday Jessica?!
I mean, maybe her life is dramatic or something's happening everyday. But it's definitely not the case for me, it's been two months already, and the only thing interesting happening during those weeks before March, was that clubs are all set and good to go.
Ready to recruit new members.
"Oh my gosh Jess, that's terrible. Your mother deserves to go in a pit of mud." One of Jessica's "friends" replied, her hands on her Jessica's shoulders.
"I know, I totally agree with you."
My expression changed from annoyed to shocked within seconds.
Who the heck does this girl think she is?!
I turned to the girls who were talking trash about their parents and stared at them for who knows how long...what is humanity now even?!
"Hey, what's up with you? Quit staring would ya?!" Jessica said in a tone of disgust.
"What's up with me?! What's up with you?! Not being able to watch Pretty Little Liars isn't dramatic, and you can't just dish the dirt about your parents! That's extremely disrespectful and rude."
"Well I'm sorry if we were being disrespectful and rude dork, but you weren't invited into our conversation. Did your mum teach you to eavesdrop on people's conversations?" Jessica placed her hands on her hips and flipped her hair in my face.
"How about you think about your own faults first before criticizing people's faults."
"Everyone in this class can hear you rambling on about your dramatic life Jessica." I retorted, my face red as a tomato.
"Well do I look like I care?" Jessica challenged.
Challenge denied Jessica...challenge denied.
I shook my head, this girl needs "drastic" help.

"Hey there. Welcome to the newspaper committee club!" A boy shorter than I greeted politely with a small smile plastered on his face.
I stepped into the newspaper club room, expecting to see a big and spacious room filled with people ready to print some newspaper in enthusiasm.
But came to a halt as I observed the small and claustrophobic room.
"You're the only one who joined...wow." the boy said dully.
"What?! No one in this school likes the newspaper club!? Back in my old school, almost everyone would die to be recruited in this club, and in this school, I'm the only freaking one?!" I exclaimed in shock.
"Yeah...that's how this school works apparently. But we just gotta deal with it, I'm relieved to see that someone enjoys writing just as much as I do. Hi, my name's William, William Stansford. Nice to meet you, you are?" William introduced himself and planted a soft kiss on my hand.
Such gentleness. Much gentleman.
"I'm Madison, Madison Fiddle. Nice to meet you too William."
William shot me a small smile before heading over to the other desk, with an old-branded computer and typed in some things. Did some clickety click clicks and urged me to come over.
"This is your "working" desk area." William explained, "This is where all the magic happens. This is how you use the printers and this is how you..." William continued on and on until he was finally done.
"You understand how everything works and what I've explained so far."
I nodded slowly, processing everything once more.
"Let's get to work then. We still need a lot more recruits here actually. I was the only one running the club last year and I had to deal with the writing, editing, advice, fashion and photography section, as well as the news. So...what do you want to specialize in?" William explained rather quickly.
His lips moving fast as he spoke.
"By the way, you'll need to pick more than one until more recruits come because currently, it's just the two of us and there's more than one category in the newspaper world."
"Errm..." I had no idea what to pick, "I'll go with writing, advice and printing the newspapers out for the school." I mumbled, still unsure about my decision.
"Alright...here's how you use the printers. First, you need to..."
And here comes the hours to come by in the newspaper club with William Stansford.
