Matt's POV: After finishing breakfast with Gabby and cleaning up the kitchen, I smiled when I made my way into the bedroom to see Gabby relaxing in bed while reading on her iPad. I knew that she was (secretly) still a bit stressed about the moving process so...that's why I wanted the morning to be alone with her. Walking over to her in bed, I went to open the covers and smiled at her while joining her. "How are our little ones today?" Gabby then smiled as I got close to her. Rolling over onto her side as she moved to cuddle up to me, Gabby smiled while grabbing my hand. "Good so far. They are a little active." I smiled when she said that. "Care to show me where?" Gabby nodded as she put her hand on my chest while I rubbed her stomach.

Gabby then looked at me. "Sorry if this feels awkward right now. It's just so uncomfortable I feel the bigger I get." I nodded and understood what she meant. "You want to sit in between my legs and I can put both my hands on your stomach?" Gabby nodded when I said that before going to move out of the way. Moving the pillows into place so that I could get comfortable, I smiled when I leaned up against them. Feeling Gabby move in between my legs, I wrapped my arms around her and smiled when I went to put my hands on her stomach. "By the way, I looked online how big I might get and don't be surprised that I am going to be huge." I nodded and understood while going to kiss her head when she leaned back against my chest. "I know."

Wrapping my arm around her, I went to kiss her cheek and smiled at her. "I don't care how big you get. All I care about is you having a safe, healthy pregnancy. And that includes when you give birth in 6 months. Remember, you are not going to be giving birth at 9 months...they said that it might be more like 6 1/2-7 1/2 months." Gabby nodded and agreed. "Which is why I am giving you until your birthday to get us moved into the house in the Bahamas. Then, we are starting the nursery so that I can help you. We are not moving out of the first house for a while." I nodded and agreed with her. "Listen, no stress right now. I know you were stressed all night. So please babe, for our kid's sake...just do some breathing for me." Gabby nodded and agreed with me.

"I couldn't help but be stressed. It was my husband's last shift as a firefighter...and I am pregnant with his triplets. It's a little worrying to think that I am only 24 hours away from being in the clear from having to worry about him being taken away from me when I need him the most." I looked at her and knew that she was really worried last night. "Which is exactly why I said you could come to stay last night if you wanted to." Gabby then shook her head. "On that uncomfortable bed of yours...fat chance!" I laughed when she said that because it definitely was true that it was not comfortable. "Oh boy, that is one thing I am not going to miss about the firehouse. That and Cruz's cooking." Gabby and me then both shuttered at the thought of it. He was one of the worst. "Okay, who is worse in your opinion. Cruz or Hermann?"

We the both answered at the same time. "Hermann." I laughed when she said that. "That is so true. I mean, he experiments with everything. By the way, I heard that Lee Henry is thinking about going to the fire academy." Gabby nodded and agreed with me. "Yeah, he asked me to talk to him about it. He wanted to know all of the information. I told him I couldn't because I didn't want to think back that far. I am looking forward. That...and he called at the worst time. I was about to take a nap when he called." I sighed when she said that because I felt bad about that. "I'm sorry babe want me to talk to him?" Gabby shook her head. "Nope, I am going to talk to him when he's here. I am also going to remind everybody of the time different between here and the Bahamas." I nodded and agreed with her.

"If they ever call us and wake up, I am personally going to yell at them. And we are both going to yell at them if they do it after I give birth." I nodded and understood. "The only exception is if someone is either hurt or is killed in the line of duty. Then,, I am sorry but I am going to have to veto your threat. If one of our friends is in critical condition, I want to know ASAP." We both nodded when I said that because we would want the same to happen if it was the other way around. "Honestly, I have this feeling that our life is going to be smooth sailing until you give birth." Gabby then looked at me and went to hit her side table. "What was that about?" Gabby then looked at me. "You do not jinx this for us okay?" I nodded and agreed, knowing she was scared. "Listen, how about you get some rest? People will..."

That's when we both heard a knock on the door. "I wonder who that is." Gabby then went to kiss me and sighed. "If it's one of our friends...just get them started with your junk." I then went to get up and looked at her. "Excuse me?" Gabby then looked at me. "Sorry, I mean your collection of useless items." I then looked at her again. "Useless items?" Gabby smiled. "Matt, you do realize that you know what I am talking about. The stuff you don't need in the Bahamas. I am just pulling your leg. Relax and take a breather. I mean, after you yell at whoever it is." Walking over to her, I went to lean over her and smiled before kissing her softly. "The more help faster, the better. We'll get started." We both agreed and nodded, ready to pack the apartment.

Hearing them knock again, I groaned and yelled. "I'm coming!" Looking at Gabby, I smiled at her before walking away to go see who was at the door.
