Antonio's POV: As I walked up to the church for Boden's funeral, I saw Matt shake his head. "What are you doing in such a dressed down fashion?" Matt then chuckled. "That's not why I am shaking my head but...Boden wanted us to have a toned down funeral. He didn't want the whole firefighter funeral with guard and stuff. He just wanted a simple ceremony because of when he died. With COVID being around...he didn't think it would be appropriate for such pomp and circumstance." I nodded and agreed. "By the way, Christie...you are looking good."

Looking at him, I was confused how he knew her name. "Okay, how do you know her name?" Matt then walked up to her and went to hug her. "Hi sis." Kissing her cheek, he smiled at her. "Wait, this is you sister?" Matt then went to stand next to her. "You really didn't see the resemblance?" Looking at them side by side, I saw it. "Holy shit. I see it now." Gabby then went to put her hand on my shoulder and just shook her head. "Antonio, you are really dumb sometimes. I mean, you didn't put it together? Christie Casey Jordan...Matt's niece Violet."

Christie then smiled at me. "I thought you knew already. I mean, you didn't get the hint when I already knew who your sister was?" I then blushed and just realized that. "And you already knew a lot about Louie and their miscarriage." Christie then nodded and went to rub my cheek. "Some detective you are." She then gave me a kiss and smiled. "By the way, congratulations Chief Casey." Christie then went to hug Matt again. "How does it feel?" Matt then sighed and looked at her. "It seems weird but...right in some ways. I can't really explain it." Christie nodded.

Matt then smiled at her. "Listen, you guys get to sit with us today. I want someone with Gabby at all times. I am giving the Eulogy and you guys are coming to the firehouse afterwards. I am hosting a celebration of life for Boden and we are making a big announcement." I laughed when he said that. "I already know you are chief. And I already spoke to Voight. He said you can deal directly with me whenever you need to deal with intelligence." Matt nodded and smiled when I said that. And speaking of Voight, I heard him walk up behind me. "Yes, I agreed to that."

Matt then turned to look at him and went to shake his hand. "Voight, fresh start okay? We are equals now." Voight nodded and agreed with him when he said that. "Yes. Now, congratulations of course on your recent adoption and your promotion to Chief." Matt smiled when he said that. "We are having a post-funeral reception at the firehouse and I would like for you to join me. Jay and Erin are already inside and you can sit with them. However Antonio, you are sitting with the firehouse. And don't even argue with me about that Voight...his girlfriend is firehouse."

Voight then turned to look at Christie. "Pleasure to meet you..." Christie then smiled and shook his hand. "Christie." Voight nodded and smiled. "So, how do you know Casey here?" Christie then smiled. "He's my brother. God, I just realized that...Chief Casey is my brother." Matt nodded and smiled when I said that. "Listen, as much as I would love to stay...I need to find a seat near the front. I have been asked to give the eulogy on behalf of Firehouse 51." I nodded when he said that and smiled at him. "Good luck. By the way...where's my nephew?"

Matt then smiled when I asked him that before Gabby went to tell me. "He's at home with mom. He is going to join us at the firehouse reception though. Please, you both have to come. If Antonio can't...you should come meet your nephew again Christie." Christie nodded and smiled when she said that. "Of course. By the way, how are you feeling today?" Letting go of me, Christie went to walk into the funeral with Gabby. Matt then looked at me as we started to walk in together. "Now, it's my turn to say this...you do not break my sister's heart. Got it bud!"

I laughed when he said that and nodded as we all made our way into the church so that we could attend Boden's funeral together.

NOTE: I am not sure what happens during a funeral so, I am just going to skip to the Eulogy.
