"I can't even imagine how it feels to be in her shoes honestly.. I feel so angry on myself right now." An oddly familiar voice said, awakening me from my daze. I felt a hand caress my head slowly, though my eyelids refused to part from the deep slumber.

The dream, which was playing in front of my eyes like a reel, was too peaceful to be left behind. Oh how good it felt to live free of any sadness and worries for once. I just wanted to paint the dream into reality, even after knowing very well that it wasn't possible.

"Don't be," Another deep voice slurred, "I'm glad you made it early for her. It's easy to go through difficult times with a friend's support," A small sigh followed.

I tried to open my eyes, my eyelids feeling like they had been stuck together with a stubborn splotch of glue. A burst of sunlight peeping in through my barely open eyes made me close them again in agony, as my hands darted up to rub the drowsiness away.

I don't even recall knocking out to be honest.

Surely I was laying in the safety of my bed in my apartment, the covers too cozy to slip out of my memory.

"You're awake!" The man sitting beside me noticed, as I darted my sub-conscious gaze towards him, my eyes squinted to their lowest.

The blurry figure became clear once I had rubbed the sleep out of my sight, my eyes widening as I gasped, "Juyeon? How—Weren't you out of town?"

Juyeon frowned a tad bit, "I'm sorry about that. Sunghoon called me and asked if I could make it early for you in times like such.." He trailed off, mumbling out of habit as he darted his eyes at Sunghoon's figure which was leaning against the door frame, watching the conversation unfold.

When Juyeon noticed the fact I was still lost between the blurry facts around me, he decided to help me out, "You remember my last meet with Suah when the restaurant had a reopening, right? When I took her out for a supposedly private conversation?" He asked as I nodded furiously, catching up. He sighed, "Well you see, I just wanted Suah to give a chance to Sunoo. He really likes the younger one."

My mouth hung open, "Wait, so you gave up on Suah for Sunoo?"

My best friend nodded, "That's right. Suah told me she liked him too, but she wasn't sure or something," He blabbered, "Whatever it was, I just needed time to accept the facts so that's why I just left without any notice. I'm really sorry—"
