-Flashback-
After drying his hair with his girlfriend's pale yellow towel, Jaehyun leaned forward to Areum's height. She watched as he sniffed onto her damp hair, inhaling the fresh scent of lilies before his eyebrows jumped up in pure delight, "It smells really good," He chided, tossing the towel around his neck.
"Right? Sunghoon recommended this brand to me last time," She patted down at the package which had arrived at the apartment the very morning, "It is expensive but worth it, isn't it?" Areum beamed at the taller one, watching his facial features contort slightly.
"Sunghoon recommended this to you?" He asked, ridiculed by the mere statement. There was a hint of irritation in his tone, "Since when you start discussing shampoo brands with my best friend?" He scoffed, his hand coming up to run through her wet locks, parting them away with his fingers.
"Does that even matter?" She laughed at the blatant display of jealousy. It was cute, he was cute. Subconsciously, her finger darted up to poke his nose, forgetting the fact that there was facial cream on her hands. Stunned, he looked at his reflection in the mirror for a moment before sniggering, smothering the lotion over his nose.
"This smells good too," He brought his own hand towards his nose, "Is this from the same brand?" He asked, leaning forward to examine the bottle of lotion kept on the table. Areum nodded with a grin, picking up a few of her hair pins from the dresser.
"Sit here," She directed him down onto the chair, ignoring the surprise that flickered around his face. Pushing his hair behind with a palm, she attached the colorful hairpins onto his hair, preventing them from falling prey to the gravity. Wu Jaehyun let out a joyous laugh, amusedly watching his girlfriend give him a makeover.
In no time, Areum's both hands were invested into smothering dots of lotion carefully across his face, doing the same with her own face. The two laughed at the pimple-looking dots smooching their faces, "I should have had a camera right now, what a perfect picture this would make," He smiled, pulling her down to sit with him on his lap.
"You can use your phone and click a photo maybe," She said, blinking at the pockets of his shorts where the layout of his mobile phone was visible.
Jaehyun shook his head, swinging his arm around her shoulder, "That thing—" He swung his phone out and flicked it on his fingers to show her, "—is not worth storing these memories. I mean who knows if this gets stolen some day?" He wondered out aloud, "Atleast I'll take extra care to keep a camera safe."
