if looks could kill lydia would be on the floor right now stone cold.

she insited that alec walks next to her and i walk behind so i hang back walking listening to there conversation.

"I can see why all the girls in Idris are clamoring to meet you" she says looking him up and down before she continues to walk.

"What do you mean?" alec asks confused making em chuckle.

he frowns and look at me making me smile.

" your hot alec." i tell him making him  look at me confused before he smirks and he turns around again. 

"Rumor has it you're looking to settle down...get married"lydia speaks as we walk making me look at alec's back confused.

 he never told me this.

"Damn it."alec mutters knowing now im gonna be pissed with him.

"Let me guess. Not your idea?" lydai asks him seriously,

"Not even close." he replies looking forwards walking.

"My parents tried to set me up, too." she speaks making him look at her.

"And how'd that work out?" he asks confused.

"Not well for them. I made my own path. Married the love of my life... John Monteverde. Together we were going to run the Lisbon Institute. And then John was killed. Everything was ripped away. My love, my dream job.." she explains slwoly making me roll my eyes at how dramtic she is."Piece of advice...In this line of work, the only thing worth falling in love with is the work itself." she speaks slowing down since were right outside the bulding.

that cant be true can it?

you must be able to fall in love at some point right?

"Lydia, I'm... I'm sorry."alec stutters looking at her sadly.

she doesnt reply she just looks at him before he glances at me and then walks into the bulding.

alec looks at me seeing me lightly shake my head i walk past him and into the bulding after lydia.

the moment we get inside i look around seeing chairs and table and windows smashed i sigh.

"gracie?" a voice asks making me turn and see luke stood there.

"luke" i nod at him not even a smile on my face alothough i do wants to just run into his arms.

"you dyed your hair? you mother would be impressed taken you 18 years to dye it." he says looking at my pruple hair speaking of how i never wanted to,.

"thought it was time for something else." i mutter before turing and looking where alec and lydia are crouched.

me and luke walk over he crouches down to i just lean aginst the wall looking.

"It's got some characteristics of a Forsaken. It was human. It was runed." lydia speaks looking down at the body on the floor.

its like a humna body but its all driedand its moldys. its werid.

"I don't know. It was more focused, more determined. It attacked like it had a plan. Plus, a normal Forsaken wouldn't have been so hard to kill. It took five wolves to take that thing down. Never seen anything like it."luke explains to lydia looking at the body on the floor.

"We'll take the body back to the Institute, do a full autopsy."lydia speakds before she stands up.

"Oh, hold up. I get that I called you... Actually, I called Alec. But what I didn't want is someone to come down here and just take over." luke speaks standing up looking at lydia serously,
