"shit"i whisper as we watch alecs mother and father both glare at us until they walk away follow by what i assume is the rest of the lightwood family.

"we will be speaking about how much magnus has let you get away with" alec mutters to me making me smile.

the old alec is back. 

"hey" magnus says shaking his head."she hasnt gotten away with-" he goes to say turning to alec but izzy comes rushing down the stairs towards us a grin on her face.

"alec i am so proud of you." she says smiling at him.

another body comes rushing over and simon appears.

"Guys, that was incredible." he says smiling at all of us.

"simon" i say wiggiling in alecs arms until he puts me down letting me hug my old friend."It was like watching the live version of The Graduate. You know, the Dustin Hoffman movie?..." simon begins ranting hugging me so i pull away and lean back against alec as he continues to rant.

"Who invited the vampire?"alec asks making me laugh until my eyes widen,.

"what?" i ask turning around looking at him."vanmpire....." i say slowly turning to look at simon.

"Seriously?"simon asks throwing his hands up looking at alec."ill explain."he says holding his hand out making me look at alec and magnus.

"go were right here"alec speaks leaning down kissing me making me smile into the kiss. magnus leans down kissing me too making me giggle as he pulls away.

"never gonna get used to that" i mutter making both boys and izzy laugh before simon pulls me away.

so simon is vampire...

apartently clary changed him because he was either changing into a vampire or he died.

"so your a vampire forever?" i ask him making him sigh.

we sit down on some of the chairs in the ceromony room everyone is in groups speaking so its fine.

"yes unfortunetly....but its not that bad" he says making me sigh.

"im sorry simon....i was really mean...." i mutter looking at him,

"hey...its okay...you just wanted to protect your sister" he says hodling my hands making me smile.

i look away from simon to see jace and lydia speaking bfore she leaves the room quickly.

i exuse myself from simon and get up quickly walking out the room after her.

"lydia!" i call after her as she walks down the hallways.

she turns around and looks at me with tears in her eyes.

"what do you want gracie?" she asks me as we reach alecs study where like i said she has taken over.

"i just wanted to say im sorry." i say slowly wathing her as she begins to pack up her things still in the dress.

"your not though are you." she says shakingher head looking down.

"no...im not.." i tell her walking more into the room."you dont under stand how hard its been without him..." i tell her shaking my head." but you dont get how hard it is to lose him." i slowly say walking over to her. i put my hand on her shoulder making her look at me."i am sorry that you had to lose him....but im not sorry that he choose me" i say smiling sadly at her.
