"he's a psychopath he is capable of anything" clary speaks aruging with jace.

 we are still at the wherehouse.

im more calm now but im in so much pain. sat on the floor with my knees up to my chest just taking small breaths. 

the scent coming off tehm being too much for me to be close right now.

"Simon is innocent, in all of this. The only reason Valentine took him captive is because I care about him."clary speaks looking at jace with wide upset eyes.

 luke comes walking over towards us making em look up at him.

" hey luke" i mutter making him instantly look at me. he steps towards me but suddnely my fags come out making me hiss in his direction.

instantly his eyes widen and he looks at clary and jace.

"valentine" jace mutters making luke  look at me worried.

"your gonna be okay kiddo" he speaks making me look at him ith a sad tired lool as my fangs and eye go back to normal, with tears rolling down my face i lower my head onto my knees."All the prisoners are either dead or gone. No sign of Cleophas."luke explains just as clarys phone starts ringing.

she pulls it out of her pokcet and frowns.

"Answer it, Clary."i tell her making her glance at me before asnwering.

its simon...and its a facetime call.

i cant see the phone but i hear struggiling.

"No."clary gasps looking at the phone.

"Hello, Clarissa.wheres your sister?"i hear valentine speak as clary turns the phone letting m see from a couple feet away whats on the screen.

simon is tied to a chair with tape over his mouthl.

"hello gracelynne,Wish we were chatting under more civilized circumstances,but I'm afraid I've run out of options."valentine speaks moving infront of the camera.

"Let Simon go"clary tells him seriously.

"Absolutely. Just as soon as you and your sister come back to the Institute. I need you two to activate the sword for me." valentine speaks as if its not a big deal.

" That is never going to happen. "i speaks angrily shaking my head.

"Oh, but I think it will gracelynne Because if you don't show up within the hour...clarys vampire boyfriend here is gonna die a death I wouldn't wish upon anyone. and your boyfriends are next" valetine speaks before he suddnely hangs up making me look at clary with wide eyes

"Clary. What are we waiting for? Let's go." i say pushing myself to stand up grunting in pain.

jace walked off to try and call alec.

she comes over to me heling me up making me grunt uncomftable with her being this close but i care barely hold myself up.

"That's what Valentine wants."luke speaks  looking at us."You know that if you touch that sword, he can destroy the entire Downworld, including Simon and magnus" luke speaks looking at us with a wide serious look.

" No, Valentine needs an energy source. He needs lightning"clary speaks looking at luke seriously.

"He's got it.Every Institute is powered by an angelic power core."luke mutters realsiing...

"Alec's not picking up." jace speaks coming over making me glance at him cofnused why alec wouldnt answer.

"Let's move."clary speaks hodling me up amking me nod.
