After Lisa and Rosé talked, they went to their classrooms. It was a long day for Lisa at school, and she felt down when she got home.
Her mood lifted when she saw Jennie coming toward her. Seeing Jennie always made her happy, especially when she was sad or feeling low. Just looking at her cute cat relaxed and comforted her. She picked up Jennie and hugged her tightly.
After snuggling Jennie, Lisa went to her room and took a quick bath. Then, she lay on her bed, staring at the ceiling and thinking about her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend, JK, had been dating her for a year, but in the past few months, he had been secretive and busy. Lisa decided to text JK to ask if they could have a date this Sunday.

Lisa: Babe, can we have a date this Sunday? I miss you. It's been a month since our last date.
JK: Ahh, babe, sorry, but I'm busy. I have to go to my parents' house this Sunday.
Lisa: Ahh, okay, babe. Then when you're free, we should go on a date, okay, babe?
JK: Okay.

Lisa sighed because her boyfriend hadn't had much time for her these past few months, and she felt down again. But little Jennie climbed onto the bed and licked Lisa's cheek. Lisa smiled once more, grateful that Jennie was always there for her during tough times.
When it was time to sleep, Jennie stayed on Lisa's bed instead of her own. She preferred Lisa's bed because it smelled like strawberries, just like her owner, but mostly because Lisa was there. Lisa hugged Jennie and snuggled her closely.
Jennie snuggled back with her owner. That night, they cuddled together until they both fell asleep. In the morning, Lisa and Jennie are sleeping peacefully, still hugging each other like the night before. It's Saturday.
Lisa plans to go to the pet shop to buy milk and cat food for Jennie. Jennie loves milk so much that they always run out of it at home.
When they get back, Lisa remembers the first time she saw Jennie in the abandoned house and the book. She recalls the collar Jennie wore as a baby kitten. She thinks about the key collar in the little box and decides to look for it. She finds the box in her drawer, takes it out, and sits on her bed. As she opens it, Jennie jumps onto the bed and sits beside her.
Inside, the key collar sparkles. Lisa takes it out and places it on Jennie, thinking it belongs to her in the first place. She admires how beautiful it looks on Jennie, and Jennie seems to like it too. Lisa smiles at her cat, wondering if Jennie's owner has been looking for her all this time. But she shrugs off the thought and starts playing with Jennie.
Lisa decides to play a joke on Jennie. Smirking to herself, she offers Jennie's favorite milk. When Jennie gets closer, Lisa moves the milk to a higher place and begins laughing. Seeing Jennie's angry reaction is adorable to Lisa, but Jennie gets so mad she stares coldly at Lisa and walks away.
Feeling guilty, Lisa tries to find Jennie but can't. She remembers Jennie liked to go to the balcony and look at the night sky, so she went there and saw Jennie already gazing at the beautiful stars. Lisa smiled and walked over to Jennie.
When Jennie sensed Lisa approaching, she avoided her gaze. Guilt was evident in Lisa's eyes for what she had done.
Feeling hurt that her cat was upset with her, Lisa thought of something Jennie loved the most. She gently patted Jennie's head and kissed her forehead.
Jennie's anger faded instantly. Just one kiss from Lisa was enough to make her feel okay again.
The two spent the whole night together, looking at the beautiful starry sky, feeling happy and comfortable as they hugged and snuggled under the vast, twinkling night.
