LIsa's POV.

We're in the living room, and my parents are sitting in front of us. Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé are seated across from them. My parents, like me, are fluent in Korean, so they can communicate easily. "Wow, Lalisa, who are these two beautiful friends of yours?" my mother asked warmly, a smile on her face. "Oh, these are my friends Jisoo and Jennie, Mom," I replied. My mother widened her eyes slightly and asked, "Jennie? She has the same name as your cat, Lis." "Yeah, she does, Mom," I said awkwardly, glancing at Rosé, who looked just as uncomfortable as I did. "By the way, Lalisa, where is Jennie, your cat?" my mom asked. "Oh, she's still in Korea, Mom," I said. "Why did you leave her there? Leo and Luca miss her so much, you know," my father added. "Sorry, Father. It's just that Jennie isn't feeling well, so she's at the vet in Korea," I lied.

"Okay, okay, I understand. I hope she'll be well soon. So, about your friends here?" my father asked again. "Oh, they'll be staying here until the summer break ends," I said. "Lalisa, why didn't you tell us we had more visitors? I could have prepared the guest room!" my mom exclaimed. "I actually forgot to tell you, Mom, but it's fine. We can share the two rooms available," I explained. "Are you all okay with this, girls?" my father asked my friends. "Yes, sir, it's okay," Jisoo replied with a smile. "Okay, but just call me Uncle. It's really weird to be called 'sir'," my father said, smiling. "Okay, Uncle," Jennie and Jisoo said in unison, and my father just smiled.

"Uncle, where are Leo and Luca, by the way?" Rosé asked my father. "Oh, Chae, they're in their own room," my mother said with a smile. "Oh," Rosé replied.

A few hours later, after a long talk with my mother and father, Chae and I were in the kitchen while Jisoo and Jennie were in the cat's room. "Hey Lis, are we going to the abandoned house today?" Rosé asked me while eating. "Yes, we have to," I said. "And could you please stop eating?" I added. "Ehehe, you know me, Manoban, I can't live without food," Rosé said, laughing while still eating. I just smiled and laughed along with her.

*After another minute...*

Rosé's POV.

We're standing in front of the abandoned house Lisa mentioned. It's just the two of us—Lisa and me. We didn't tell Jennie and Jisoo that we were coming here or even about the house itself. "Hey, let's go," Lisa said, walking ahead toward the house. "Hey, wait up, Lis!" I called out, running to catch up with her. The abandoned house is really creepy, even from the outside. Now we're standing at the door. "Are you scared, Chae?" Lisa asked.

"N...no," I stuttered. "Then why are you holding my shirt so tightly?" Lisa said with a smirk. "No, I'm not," I said quickly, letting go of her shirt. "As you say," Lisa replied, still smirking. "Let's go now," she said, opening the door. Inside, the house was enormous but dusty. "Hey, this way," Lisa said, pointing toward a strange door. It didn't look particularly odd, but something about it gave me an unsettling feeling.
