*At the beach*

Lisa's POV.

"Hey Rosé, you know, lately I've been having these strange dreams!" I said, holding her chin. "What kind of dreams?" Rosé asked. As she paused, licking her ice cream. "About the abandoned house," I said, looking at the sea.

"What did you dream about it?" Rosé asked, looking at me, and I looked back at her. "It's about Jennie," I said. "Why Jennie?" Rosé asked again, taking another lick of her ice cream. "She was there at the abandoned house, but it was a little version of Jennie," I explained, and her eyes widened. "What do you mean by little? Do you mean she was a child in your dreams?" Rosé asked again. "Yes, she was!" I said. "What does it mean, though?" Rosé wondered out loud, her thoughts drifting.

"I don't even know," I replied. "Hey, where is Jennie, by the way?" Rosé asked. "She's at Jisoo's house with Irene," I said. "Those three have been getting closer these past few days," Rosé noted. "Yeah, you're right; they've been going out together a lot lately," I agreed. "Where is Seulgi, though?" I asked Rosé. "Oh, she's at her grandmother's house now," she said. "Is her grandmother sick again?" I asked. "No, she's fine; they just went there to visit," she said. "Oh," was all I said.

"So, do you have any plans for summer break?" I asked Rosé, finishing her ice cream. "Umm, actually no!" she said. "You?" she asked. "Umm, I'm going back to Thailand this summer break with Jennie, and I'm planning to go to the abandoned house. Maybe I can find clues there!" I said to Rosé. "Can I come?" she said excitedly, using her puppy eyes. "Stop with those puppy eyes; you're not cute," I joked with Rosé, but she smacked my head, and it hurt a lot. "Ouch, that hurt," I said.

"That's for not calling me cute," she said, pouting. I just laughed. "Hahaha! Okay, you're cute, but not as cute as me," I said with a smirk. She smacked my head again—maybe I should stop teasing her. I don't want an angry chipmunk on the loose. "Okay, you can come with us," I said. When she heard that, she stood up, jumped, and smiled widely. "Yeayyyy!" she exclaimed, grinning again. "I'm goanna help you find clues, monkey as good friend of yours it my duty," she said, smiling at me, and I just smiled back at her.

Jennie's POV:

I'm at Jisoo's house, and we're watching Netflix. It's great being with them. After the movie ended, we all chatted like normal girls do. "Jisoo, where are your parents?" I asked. "They're on a business trip to Paris," she replied, eating her chicken. "Oh, Jennie, where do live though?" Irene asked, and oh my god, I think my brain stopped working. "Ah, I stay at Lisa's house," I said, and I wasn't lying because it's true—I live there. "Why do you live there? Why not at Rosé's house? She's your cousin, right?" Jisoo asked, and I begged my brain to start working again. "I don't really like big houses that much, so I live at Lisa's house. We've been close since we were young, so I preferred staying with her," I said, relieved that I thought of something.

"Ohhhh," they both said. "But wait, when you were young? Does that mean you met Lisa before Rosé?" Irene asked. "Yeah," I simply said. "Ohh," Irene just said. 

"Hey Irene, why in the past few months at school you and Seulgi been sneaking out often?" I asked her, and her cheeks blushed. Me and Jisoo looked at each other like we were communicating through our brains. "Yeah, you and Seulgi have been doing that for almost four months now. Is there something between you two?" Jisoo asked, which was a good question, I thought.

That question made Irene even redder; now she looked like a red tomato. Me and Jisoo stared at Irene seriously, and I noticed her ears were red too. "Okay, okay, I'll tell you everything," she said, still blushing.
